Visited here with my wife for dinner. We wanted to try a new Chinese place. Everything on the menu is al la Carte. The prices are very reasonable and the parking is adequate. Its clean with average lighting. Not much jumps out at you when you enter that says "chinese". The decor is okay but not fancy. My wife ordered Singapore rice noodles which she said was very good. I got the Tuesday special: General Tao's Chicken a/ Beef with Veggies. The Chicken was great! Airy and crispy batter with a sweet and spicy sauce. But the beef was absolutely amazing. Totally unexpected. By far the best beef stir-fry I have ever had. So tender, moist, and perfectly cooked. Every veggie sings it's notes around the beautifully cooked beef in a touch of sauce. We've been eating here for years and it is always excellent. I don't live as close now and would like to get here more often. Everything here is delicious and the staff and service are excellent as well. They have Ho-Fun noodles (a wide, flat rice noodle) that are my favorite, and rare around here. The food here is very high in quality.
