I went this past Friday with a friend who invited her to lunch. We walked in and we were the only ones in the restaurant. I wouldn't want to say this but the service was the worst. We ordered and we waited for almost an hour, with 5 minutes left until the time. While waiting, two families arrived and it was the same. They did start to get upset. I can't say anything about the food because it was good. But the service was the worst. The waitress didn't even come close to saying what was happening with the food. And the air on and the ceiling fans at 100 turned brutally cold. The other family complained about the cold and they did nothing. First and last time. Good food but horrible service. If this continues, the food business will collapse and only the dancing will remain. I give it three stars and for the food. The service is no star

Wow, first the waitresses are super friendly and attentive to people. Good food, I ordered skewers and crazy potatoes. I loved the skewers, they were made instantly and with a delicious flavor. The crazy potatoes are good, the mixture of ketchup and cheese with bacon explodes in your mouth. Everything with a good flavor and the inhabitants of the place are good. I recommend you go back, it's worth it.

First time at the bar love the vibe. I just know to bring cash to pay for everything cause these bartenders be putting their own tips. I bought food to go and my meal was 16 and my partners was 18 and I got charged 45.89 and there wasn't no drinks included in that order I didn’t even get a receipt. Food wasn’t bad the pork didn’t have any taste but everything else was good

Terrible service I always plan to give it another chance and every time they screw it up I will never set foot in this establishment again I ordered churrasco they gave me another meat the crazy potatoes I added pernil as the bill says and they simply charged it and didn't put it in the order as if my money wasn't there it's worth nothing they just don't care about terrible place

I real enjoy the Blue Palm Latin restaurant. The service is always friendly and the food is fantastic. It's a great place to go on a date or go out with a group of friends.

Angie the server was amazing , good vibes ,great energy .. drinks not so good Ya new bartenders or maybe I just came on the wrong night. it is not hard to make a lemon drop it was really gross. Also when I was leaving around 11-ish there was a few hood rats with that bonnet thing on their heads , sitting on the pollsOf the restaurant entrance . I would definitely not recommend that in front of any establishment . it will deter pretty classy people from coming in there . Music was fire also Anyways Ohio I had a good time in your city back to New York I go
