Very authentic Chinese food. Huge and varied menu. Full dim sum menu too! Reasonable prices. Whenever in Cleveland and I'm in the mood for Chinese we stop in.

The food was very good. The service was so bad that my husband and I felt we were being discriminated against. One soup came out, then one entree, then the second entree, then the second soup, then our appetizer. My husband's suit came with a plastic takeout spoon, mine did not. When I asked for water for the both of us we received one glass of water and we waited 10 minutes and asked again

the food we got here is good, the portions tend to be large(2-3 people, depends who😉). their egg rolls delicious and their sweet and sour sauce is to die for😁. the drinks were served in solo cups, and the service coulda been better, but it's fairly cheap(especially if you split a meal), a restaurant we'll worth checking out

Genuinely horrible. The customer service at this place was the worst i’ve ever had. I came here for my mom’s birthday after my brother’s graduation, so it was supposed to be a great experience, right? WRONG. The workers are so rude when you don’t understand, they never give you a second to process and just jump straight to yelling. They are snippy when you ask for more water, or forks, etc. They completely gave my grandparents the wrong meal (ordered shrimp, got chicken???). There were about 3 tables with people in the whole place, and it still took over an hour for the WRONG FOOD. Very bad, very horrible, would rather run into the street than come back.

Me and my Christian sisters went here for lunch. The service was terrible. I had to get up get my own water get my own fork. The service was so terrible. I would not recommend this place or anyone to go and eat when it used to be belong back in the day, the food was really good. The service was good that changed

Everything was done to perfection. My first time ordering here. It is my new go to spot for Asian food. The preparation of each dish was exquisitely done!

We visit Bo Loong at least once a week for the delicious shrimp 🍤 fried rice. The service is great 👍🏽

Best Chinese in the city... Absolutely fabulous!

Great Chinese

I should have left because of the rude service and dirty fish tanks but was really craving dim sum. Barfed in the parking lot and my husband was sick with stomach flu all night. 0 stars this place sucks, dirty and rude, literally gave us food poisoning.

One of the best Chinese restaurants in Asia town

I have never liked Chinese food until now. This is absolutely the best Chinese food I've ever eaten in my life. The food is good and they give you large portions. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone.

I used to Come here about 20 yrs ago when I went to CSU,and the service was excellent but I came in today for old times sake and the mgr was disgustingly rude. I WILL NEVER RETURN. RACIST GONNA RACE
