Went there once before and the two waitresses were playing on their phones and ignoring us. After waiting for an hour the food was cold. Went there again yesterday and cooked the wrong dish (but we kindly accepted it). At the end of the checkout, the waiter said that the tip had been included, and my husband paid the bill. Later, I asked her for a tip and found out that I was forcibly charged a 20% tip. I asked her the reason, and her answer was: some international students don't tip, so they force them to tip. I'm wondering what it has to do with us if international students don't tip. Forget it, I won’t come down next time.

I usually don’t comment but this was not an ordinary experience.We were ignored upon entering, I had to ask for seating. The waitress was rude and impatient, so much so she forgot part of the food that we ordered. I had to ask for silverware and plates.No one spoke fluent English. Waitresses don’t have serving knowledge. Service was slow and nothing served was good. I understand that the previous owners retired. I wish them well but we left 95% of the food purchased at the restaurant. All I can say is I won’t patronize them again.

I picked up a catering order to serve 50 people. Bo Loong has a great variety of delicious traditional dishes prepared hot and ready to eat. Our company enjoyed a sumptuous Lunar New Year feast. The food was ready at exactly the right time, and the staff wheeled it out to the vehicle and helped load.

First time and the last! Service was terrible. Large party before us so waitress told us to order now before they do. Even though we did, our food came way after the party and other customers. Our party of 3, 1 of us got our meal first and 2nd came out at least 10 minutes after. Still waiting on the 3rd person before we finally said something. Was going to take 1/2 off a meal. So ridiculous. I got them to take 1/2 off bill but should’ve just walked out!

The foods are okay, but the under staff are the problems. The owners have to hire more people to work. I'm sure many CSU students need part-time jobs. Don't be cheap and don't care about customers service. Words of mouth could make or break a restaurant. We didn't get good service but they've added a 20% tip automatically to the bill. I'd give you 15pct at the most.

Rate of Rate of The atmosphere was horrible and they were annoyed we didn't know what we wanted to order right away. The waitresses all had attitude.The food is great. Service was horrible like didn't offer us any water or refill on water. The food arrived at decent amount of time. I asked for certain type of dim sum order..and they have me chicken wings. (I didn't order any chicken wings). If you asked for anything else they took awhile for them to get it.They took about us in another language..we didn't say anything that we understood every single word.I would get carry out so you don't have to worry about the service.

We went for Dim Sum on a Sunday morning and the selection was great, the service was fast and the food was good. It was a lovely meal. Definitely would go back again.

Are you kidding me? A Place like this still exists??? It felt like I was back in the 80's, in a small town, in a small Chinese restaurant. Not a single ounce of basic manners.As we were leaving one of the servers ran up to us and started yelling angrily, 'You give no tip, no tip, no tip!!!'Surprised and embarrassed, we started to apologize and try to remedy the situation. Looked at the credit card receipt to check again to make sure and saw that the tip had been added clearly. In the meantime, two more servers ganged up and added more insults. After going over the receipt over and over, one server who spoke some English finally acknowledged that a tip was added to the total. Not a single word of apology for the fiasco and insults they gave us. All of them turned around and ran off as if they were busy. We were so dumb that we couldn't react. Seriously???Dim sum tray servers spoke no English and we didn't get any answers to the questions on what was in some of the dim sums. They kept trying to put them on our table without asking for it. We had to keep saying no, no, Ladies, obviously we speak no Chinese. I don't need to say if we'd ever go back again even if we get paid to eat here. Seriously!!!
