Boaz Fresh Lebanese Ohio City

Don't expect a full bowl!!
I've been going to Boaz for awhile, and the quality has gone down! A lot depends on who makes your bowl. Overall, the last 4 times I've gone, I felt cheated. I kept going back because I enjoy the food. But, this last time was the last time!

Tiny portions! You get half of what the tongs can hold. If anything is hanging over the side because they purposely didn't put it all the way in the bowl, it gets taken out of the bowl. One time, there was so much room left in the bowls, the worker put all three of my sauces in each bowl I ordered. There shouldn't be that much room! Nor, should a bag of sauces go on top of my food! Only food should be in the bowl!
No complaints on the food itself. But, when sauces were put on my food, I told myself not to go back. I went back anyway, hoping it would be a better experience. This time it was like the worker was counting each shred of vegetable. I got about 10 pieces of onion. It shouldn't be so low an amount I can count each shred. I guess saving 4 cents on shreds of vegetables is worth losing out on $24 a month. I contacted Boaz through their website and emailed Aladdin's. Never got a response.

An outstanding experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the place is well-organized, and the food is genuinely fresh with authentic Lebanese flavors.
What truly stood out, though, was the hospitality.
Timar, at the front desk, was exceptional-professional, genuinely kind, and attentive in a way that immediately makes you feel valued. That level of service isn't common and says a lot about the standards of this restaurant.
This is the kind of place you come back to not just for the food, but for the people who make the experience memorable. Highly recommended.

Best resturaunt option in the Ohio City area. Excellent menu filled with plenty of healthy options. The menu items are very customizable. The staff is very friendly and will prepare your meal fresh and fast!
