My BLT bread was burned. Sent it back for non-burned bread. New bread had so much butter on it that it was soggy. WI would've preferred my BLT on toast from toaster instead of them toasting it like a grilled cheese. Bread was too buttery and soggy. It made sandwich nasty. Manager did take the sandwich off bill because I couldn't eat it.
Bob Evans has changed banana bread. They now dont cook it long enough so it sometimes is still raw in middle.
However the beef vegetable soup was good.

Disappointed with the service. It was not busy at all. We got seated right when we get there. I understand that they were a little understaffed so we waited at least 10-15 minutes to let them catch up with their other customers. What made us disappointed was the customers that arrived after us got served first with drinks. We waited for at least 10 minutes and waited an extra 5-10 minutes after those customers got served with drinks, unfortunately we had to leave because of that. We waited to be patient as me and my husband used to work at this kind of environment before and we know how busy it can be. This is the third instances we got this kind of service in this location and coming back the second time was the same as the first one but coming for the third time hoping it would be better, unfortunately it was not. I would improve the service and hope to put this into consideration. Thanks.

French toast was raw and soggy, eggs were rubber and sausage was under cooked. The whole meal felt rushed from the kitchen. Made me sick. Will not be dining at this location again. Absolutely disgusting.

I had a taste for breakfast..fluffy pancakes and eggs, with some sausage patties. I got my food and it was the opposite of fluffy. My pancakes were heavy and a little gummy and my eggs did not fluff at all. The grits nor the eggs had any seasoning on them. The service was pleasant and my server was attentive. I enjoyed listening to their personal life stories from the kitchen and service counter. ðŸ¤

Its not everyday you can go to a Bob Evans and order something off the menu that the wait staff that has been working there for a couple years has never had ordered. The conversation and service that ensued was immaculate and entertaining. Props that my father in law with health issues was completely impressed as well.

We ordered a pick up tray for Thanksgiving and I accidentally ordered the wrong type of turkey. I ordered a whole turkey breast instead of a sliced turkey breast.
The manager made it right and swapped it with the sliced turkey, partly because the whole turkey breast was still sealed.
No attitude, even though we were stressed because it was the day before Thanksgiving and we needed that turkey.
We all enjoyed it, and there was very little leftovers. Bob Evans can be hit or miss with food quality, but since this was our first time getting food from this location, I can say between the manager taking care of us and the cleanliness of the restaurant, along with quality of food we got, we are planning on going in for a meal very soon.

These people were slammed yesterday but our meal for Thanksgiving the next day was not only warm but filling and delicious. Give these people a raise AND a raise! Kudos to you all!

Great Bob Evans. Went here with my family and had an exceptional experience! Our waitress, Amber, was exceptional and was super nice. Food tasted really good. Farmers Choice meal was very good, along with the chicken tenders and macaroni and cheese. One of the best Bob Evans locations I've been to.

Food is always delicious eggs always cooked perfect 👌. My daughter absolutely love the piggy pancakes!! Only down fall is service is slacking. Please dont let people coffee or drinks run out and they have to wave you down to refill this is probably the only thing ill drop your tip% no reason you dont check in on your table min 3 times. And if people have young kids need high seat probably offer them instead of the customer request one, little stuff like that goes along way.

We went on Sunday around 3 pm. The place was dead with exception of a couple who entered when we did . Waited to be seated and the waitress was horrible asked if we wanted something to drink and mumbled it’s going to be awhile. We waited and waited for her to take our order and she just kept shuffling her feet walking back and forth , after waiting 15 minutes we got up left . Never again. Hire people who are able bodied and willing to work !
