first customer on a Saturday and waiting longer than I would expect. the omelette was disgusting mushroom and cheese but it's like they dumped mushroom water in it. plate was full of grey smelly water which instantly made me queezy. gross

We arrived at 1:15 we were told 15 minutes and waited 25.Then when seated took 20 min to bring us water 2 of us. Then th food took another 20 minutes for the food and it was wrong! They weren't even busy.

Took my son eat e sit there for almost 1 hour without no one saying, we will be with you, no greeting or smile once seated. It wasn't crowded. Really disappointed my son loves Bob Evans. But he had to settle for IHop instead. We thank goodness was right down the street from Bob Evans.

Surprisingly good meal. Even though they no longer have vegetable beef soup.
Probably my worst Bob Evans experience. The only bright point was the male host/manager? Im not sure but he was trying hard to make it a decent experience. The waitress could care less- no smile, no joking, all serious ness then would disappear & never come back. Couldn't find her & it wasn't busy- had to walk up & ask for dressing, coffee, creamer, butter, napkins from the guy- bc she'd just disappear. I've been to Bob Evans my whole life- from PA through FL... this food was the worst. Nothing was fresh- it was all hard, cold, microwaved or just gross. I dont mind waiting 20 minutes for hot fresh food- but chewy reheated biscuits really didn't appeal to me. We were very disappointed. Its lost it's country, fresh charm.
