I've been to Bodego for dine-in and takeout and the experience was excellent each time. The food tastes great, the service is good as well. This is my favorite restaurant in Cleveland Heights!!

This was my first time going here. I really like the vibe when you first walk in. Seems like a cool place to hang out. The drinks were good. The calamari is excellent! The reason it gets 3 stars is there were too many fruit flies around my food. I did mention it. All I got was an apology for what seemed like a known issue. A discount on my bill would have been a nice gesture but it wasn’t suggested. I would probably go there again for the vibe and a few drinks but I would not eat there ever again.

Online ordering. Many items showed out of stock. Does it make sense that service would be so slow when you're the only customers in the place? Food choices are too fancy for the skill of the kitchen and not great quality. The final insult was on checkout - the crap Toast app asked for a tip, then automatically added another 20% gratuity!

My experience was a little unusual because there was nobody else dining. The owner told us that all reservations later were canceled because of a party. On a Friday night an empty patio was quite strange. The food was ok, the service very good and an extremely nice owner.

although Anthony (our server/bartender) said the serviced sucked, he was wrong! He’s an ace! The food was also awesome, the escargot were good, but the mussels were exceptional, as were the sliders and wings! Excellent all around

I used to be a regular at bodega a few years ago. The last time I was there I was served undercooked wings . Which we all know that is very dangerous to eat chicken raw. I called and told them that my wings were undercooked and the tone of the man voice was very nonchalant and unconcerning . I ask for no pity but the response was horrible! I hope bodega gets it together because they fell way off.

Absolutely horrible. It’s under new ownership now and although the staff was friendly , the food is what made bodega to me. And now I will never go back. I wasted $70 and waited a hour and a half for my food. Never again.

Words literally cannot express the dissatisfaction that i had having my fiancés birthday dinner here. I reserved a large party of 20 at least one week prior to the date. Everyone’s food delivery was scattered, some people got their food in 20 minutes and others got their food in two hours. I had to continue to go to the bar to request refills for the table. Mind you the menu is not that extensive, there is absolutely no way that it should take two hours to order 6 wings. I also had to ask for silverware. It’s evident they are tremendously understaffed. I will never go to this place again and would highly recommend no one else goes either

This establishment had poor service. The cost of food is too high to wait an hour plus to get your food. There were only two servers for the entire restaurant and they were multitasking between making drinks and serving food. I am utterly disappointed with my experience with them. The food taste delicious, it’s just a shame we had to wait a lifetime to get it.
