I had ordered Hakka noodles, but to my disappointment, I was delivered chicken noodles instead. This was really frustrating because I specifically wanted the vegetarian option, and getting the wrong item spoiled the experience.
The packaging and delivery were fine, but accuracy in preparing and delivering the correct order is very important. I hope more care is taken in the future to ensure customers receive exactly what they ordered.

I see a few negative reviews on here but from our personal experience, everything was great 08/25/25. My husband and I had questions about certain dishes and the gentleman explained everything to us with patience before ordering. Flavor was phenomenal. We went on a whim while we were in town and we hope to go back soon!

The manager, Ayushi, was unprofessional & quite rude. The food lacked flavor, though the presentation was decent. I had paid for drinks but forgot to collect them initially. When I went to pick them up during lunch, she questioned whether I had actually paid..😆 Even the pani puri water was bland.. upon complaining, she got offended.. Overall, a disappointing experience..definitely not recommended..

First of all, place is so dirty they don’t clean tables and chairs and cashier i think her name is kriya was so rude she don’t know how to treat a customer and a guy besides her eating in front of us with barre hands and kriya put onions and chills in container without wearing any gloves in her hand I would never recommend my family and friends to go there and i ll never come back

I ordered vada pau from Bombay chaat recently. And it very good!! Honestly, I was skeptical about ordering because of the bad reviews I read here! But then I love vada pau and there are only 2 places I know that has vada pau. Honest and Bombay chaat. I didnt like Honest's vada pau so I thoughg I will try it despite bad reviews. And I am glad it turned out good!!

Bombay chaat is not like before. Look at the way they stuffed my dabeli.. I mean this is not even how dabeli is stuffed.. Super disappointed.

Food was pretty good, we really like the chicken biriyani and the rolls. This place definitely gets busy though. I don't think it is worth going to at peak dinner hours but it is open late and great for a late night meal.

Very so so experience through Doordash. Packaging is very simple almost negligent. Forgot to send sambar for dosa. Very small portion of coconut and tomato chutney with ok taste. Didn't send a straw for lassi. Colleagues ordered Chicken Tikka Masala. Very watery and not upto standard for the price paid. There are bunch of other better options for Indian food in Cleveland who take extreme care in packaging using quality materials with food quality and quantity far too superior. So no more of this again. Sorry but not really.
