Hands down the best Indian food in the entire city of Cleveland. Extremely flavorful, clean and the staff there is extremely helpful and friendly. 10/10 I recommend to everyone to eat here

The buffet food was very average, and the service was disappointing. They initially provided only one plate, and when I asked for another, the staff responded rudely and asked me to reuse a plate that was not meant for the buffet. The number of food items was also very limited. Overall, it was not a good experience, and I would not recommend this place to others.

I’ve been eating here since 2017 and I love it. They now have the option to choose your spice level which is nice I guess. The prices are still reasonable and the portions are generous. I highly recommend the spicy chicken fried rice although it’s their take on Chinese fried rice I promise you’ll never want regular Chinese fried rice again. They’re also really quick I’ve never waited more than 10 mins for my food. I usually run next door to Pulp and grab a smoothie and by the time I get back my food is ready. Their Mango Lassi is really good too but only comes in 1 size.

One of my friends recommended that I try the mango lassi at Bombay Chaat, so I went—and it was absolutely worth it! The mango lassi was so fresh, creamy, and perfectly sweet. After that, I ordered their special butter masala with butter naan, and honestly it was too good. The flavors were rich and comforting, and the naan was soft and buttery just the way I like it. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. I’m really happy I tried this place and I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants delicious Indian food.

My husband and I visited today, and we were honestly so surprised by how good the food was. We live far from Cleveland and have tried Indian food in many places, but nothing has ever tasted as good as Bombay Chaat. My husband had never tasted Indian food with this much flavor before, and he kept saying how amazing everything was. The biriyani was fragrant and tasty, the chaats had real Indian street flavor, and the dosa was the best we’ve ever had—so crispy and fresh. The food felt authentic and homemade, and the staff were kind and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend this place.

I went to the lunch buffet today with my daughter, and we had such a nice time. I’m originally from India, so it was really special because this was her first time trying Indian food. She loved the chicken tikka masala and naan—it made me so happy to see her enjoy it. The food tasted fresh, the flavors were comforting, and the buffet had a good mix of dishes. The staff were friendly, and overall it was a really good experience. We’ll definitely go back again.

Restaurantji Recommends
Was recommended this place by a Tamil friend of mine. Very lovely atmosphere, great decorations. Employees were warm and courteous. Food was unbelievably good, the extra hot spice level was spicy but not painfully so and complemented the amazing food. I ordered the goat dum biryani, and the tender, flavorful meat with the masala-bred rice was unbelievable. I try to come as often as I can with my friends, all my Indian friends have given here their stamp of approval.

I recently visited this Indian restaurant in the Cleveland area and had a very disappointing experience. The food quality was far below expectations, and the staff’s attitude was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. There was no reason for the level of disrespect shown by the employees. Overall, this is one of the poorest dining experiences I’ve had in the area, and I would not recommend this restaurant to others.

Honestly some of the best food in the area and so close to the university. I get the Szechwan Chicken fried rice at least once a week and the staff is always friendly!
