They deleted my previous post because I was right. I have been for happy hour ~ 7 times. Every single time, my check is rung up at full price and I have to call them out. The bartender is trained to say “oh hehe sorry I just worked the weekend and forgot.” Every other bar on the planet has happy hour pricing in the system. They’re snakes.

They take your credit card to "hold" until you check out but when you pay cash they still charge your card. No calls back, no return messages in social media. Had to file a dispute to get my money back. Keep your receipts if you pay cash at the end or they will double charge you

The place was primarily empty and the server appeared to be the only one on the floor. Lots of food/beer runners but no servers to help pre bus or anything to help the one server on the floor. They dropped off a beer/food but not taking empty glasses.
The food was dry and my salad had an obnoxious amount of Parmesan cheese.

Very slow service… for a brunch buffet… like, they opened it at 11. No food was out. No servers in sight, finally got one, ordered coffee which took a half hour to come to the table. And not both cups, just one cup. I’m not sure how you can have such slow service when they weren’t even serving the food… I see why the tip was included because there wouldn’t have been one otherwise. It was also pretty pathetic because the pay system they use forces you to add on extra tip with no other option. Don’t recommend.

I hosted a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend consisting of 20 people. BrewDog was very accommodating, and the vibe was great. We were able to be around the brewery atmosphere while also all being together. I preordered drinks and appetizers and the staff had them prepared for surprise. I would highly recommend hosting group gatherings at BrewDog! They make it fun and easy.

Their menu is that of every bar, but a little pricey. They do have a nice selection of craft beers and ciders, but they are a little pricey as well. It is nice that they allow you to sample their beers before spending a bunch of money on something you don't like. One bartender was very informative, of course he wasn't our bartender, so we had to listen in on his conversations. The rest of the service was just "what can I get you" and gone. Not my style, I like a little more interaction.
Great space to host any event! The service was phenomenal, and parking was plentiful.. The food was good; presentation & taste. A family of 6, plus a dog, was seated in the outdoor igloo type dining area. For late December, the weather was unseasonably warm, The space was perfect. Heater, blankets & games were provided for accommodations. Will visit again soon!
