Great service! Good food! Music too loud to hear each other well at times. Definitely would recommend!
Loved the food and atmosphere for dinner. We had the meatballs and they are a must try when you go.
My husband and I went here for a date night. First time coming! Enjoy the ambience, the atmosphere and food. It was loud but it just made you feel like it's ok because people are socializing. We got the sausage pizza, Ohio burger, and the egg plant Parmesan with spaghetti on the side. The spaghetti was salty but everything else was delicious! We will be back!
I attended DJ Steph Floss's LORE dinner party and everything was a 10 out of 10. The drinks, the music, the food and the service.
INCREDIBLE dinner. The food is just wow!!!! One of the best we had on our trip. We cannot stop talking about it. And the decor inside the restaurant was gorgeous! Absolutely loved it. Perfect spot to celebrate
Our server, Will, did a fantastic job taking care of our party of 7. He was attentive and personable even with such a busy section. The food was perfect as were the drinks.
Usually we enjoy a dinner at brightside. We like its combination of value with a focus on local ingredients. Last night our experience was bizarre to say the least. We were seated, and nobody came to help us. After 15 minutes, a waitress came and asked us if anyone had helped us yet, and we said no, so we saw her log into her toast handheld and start a check for us-meaning we were seated and not assigned anyone. She moved quick, and the food came out of the kitchen quick. No complaints with the food or kitchen staff on this night. But then after we were finishing eating, we watched our waitress walk out of the restaurant with AirPods in! Didn't let us know she was leaving and passing us to someone else, which is a common occurrence and one we would blink an eye at. So I had to get up and walk to the hostess stand and say “it's ok, but I think we just watched our waitress walk out, and we just want the check and some boxes for our food.” A different server did promptly come and close us out. But just a bizarre night, and since going out to eat really is about the experience, this is why it was such a bad experience. Sat down for 15 minutes with no service to get a drink. Then the food came out quickly but the vibe was kind of killed, and the. Our waitress just walks out and leaves! Very bizarre
We had our reception dinner/celebration here after we got married and I have so many good things to say. Bryan was so helpful and responsive during the whole process. Everything was amazing from the food, to the atmosphere and the service. I’m so happy and we will definitely be back here!!

Food was just okay, however the service and specialty cocktails were great! Our server was awesome.

We liked that we were able to make a brunch reservation for 6. Service was friendly and the drinks were good. I thought the fries were really good, but the waffle meals left a little to be desired. Definitely a fun environment.
We had a lovely brunch at BrightSide. It was a light, romantic, and airy atmosphere. The Queen Bee and Mr. Grey Sky cocktails were delicious. I had the Salmon Benedict, and my partner had the Chorizo Burger which were both fresh, creative, and full of flavor. The seasoned potatoes and rosemary-garlic fries were standout sides. Can’t wait to go back!

Cool space, great location, and quick and friendly service. Food was average (eggplant parm was buried in cheese).

Perhaps we just went on an off night or ordered two things that were not great but the food was not what I remembered from a prior visit before the rebrand. The manager was nice and offered to give me a different entree but honestly just couldn't see doing that. The Frites were great even if somewhat saltier than we would have liked. In the end I might be open to trying the restaurant one more time, but I must admit our food at BrightSide last night was really disappointing. The service staff was fairly gracious about the whole thing but it's the combination of food and service and ambience that make dining out at this kind of restaurant worth the effort and cost.
