I travel often, so my review is based off a consistent observation. There is one employee that works in the morning that needs additional training in customer service. As a leader in management myself, I would recommend the consistent behavior of this women to be very impactful to the business. I have experienced her distasteful attitude myself multiple times and after today's episode of denying a customer service because he misunderstood her, is enough to prevent me from spending my money at this establishment ever again. I watched as her fellow coworkers shook their heads and other customers whispering about her attitude. ALL WHILE THE MANAGER WORKS THE REGISTER. I like the food, which is why I continued to come back but will not continue to do so after today.

After waiting in line for over 30 minutes, I walked forward to read the menu and was accused of cutting in line. The gentleman behind me confirmed I was there the entire time but the woman refused to serve me.
As she completely ignored me and the entire line of people, she walked in the back leaving another coworker to take care of a very long line.
Complete lack of respect, she in the wrong line of business.

Horrible customer service. The woman standing behind the counter yelling at people for getting in the wrong line, and screaming that there are signs everywhere at 6:30 AM is absolutely unacceptable. There are other places to eat, and I took my money and spent it somewhere else. I am not spending my money someplace where general kindness and even average customer service is not delivered. Go somewhere else because these people are hostile.

I'm writing this review as I munch on a bagel from this unique establishment. I've reviewed in the past, and nothing has changed. Aggressive place. Puts NY to shame. 2 stars for the pricing, and it's edible.

I was overcharged for a sandwich and the manager is a lair.

Incredibly rude service. I approached the space to order just before the counter person called me up, so i could read the menu board. It prompted the employee taking orders to pass me over because I was in the space before she asked me to approach. She never asked that I stepped back. She proceeded to leave her work space and disappeared in the back. I was eventually waited on, but 5 people that ordered after me received their food before my order was handed out. It was sitting beside the cash register. Incredibly unacceptable. The gentleman behind me actually offered to order my food because it was obvious I was being ignored. Print your menu bigger or have a little patience when people are trying to order quickly. Thanks for a stressful breakfast that actually wasn't tasty. Not worth the hassle...Avoid the place, if at all possible.

Other than the woman who took my bagel order, every other employee has a crappy attitude. I get your busy and the ordering process is second nature to you, but how are we to know where to order what, and where. A simple friendly " you can add your creamer and sugar down there" would be nice. For was good, could brew is a C-

I visit Bruegger’s bagel , the breakfast was delicious hot and the customer service was great the young lady name was Netta she was so nice and had a great attitude, I definitely will come back

Worst food i have ever had. Very expensive. Cashier was so rude. He was sleeping standing in front of the register.

No one was in line except me. Full staff behind the counter having inappropriate conversations. I waited for 5 minutes and wasn’t acknowledged, I left and went to chic fil a next door. They were much more curtious.

Great place to stop before a flight. Bagels are delicious. Coffee was too.

This is the 2nd time I've come to this location and some of the staff (not all) were very rude, especially the cashier. She shocked me with her abruptness and unfounded attitude. We don't have any complaints at any other airport locations. Such a shame but we won't be coming back to this location again.

Just go to Starbucks. The bagels are ok, not any better than anywhere else. The employees are antagonistic. It's just not worth it.
