Lady came across as fairly rude - came to order at the counter and she refused to ring it up my drink or food initially because I hadn't told my sandwich order to the guy making sandwiches. Then she went into the back room. Everyone has a bad day every so often - just tired of bad service and employees without initiative

Really poor service at this location. They’re not able to make a coffee properly. The bagels were dry, but decent. We asked for a vanilla cappuccino, and they gave us a bitter, tasteless cappuccino. Lot of argument if the vanilla shot was put in or not. Could have just added a vanilla shot to make a customer happy.

Horrible customer service. I was the only one in line and was not acknowledged at the Order Here sign. I went to the register and was told I had to go back to the line workers. They finally took my order but made some ill timed jokes as I just wanted to get my food and move on. The signage was different than what the staff was telling everyone and they were just overall rude. I usually don’t leave bad reviews and acknowledge food service at an airport is difficult but would expect better service

The service and the food were 5 ⭐️ without a doubt! I’d never been to Bruegger’s Bagels but this visit just made it a go to! I had an egg, sausage and cheese bagel with honey walnut cream cheese. It was made to order and the employees were amazing helping me decide on what I wanted! Definitely will return in this airport and when I see other locations!!

For an airport the bagels are crazy cheap and pretty good aswell. Some Staff could be a little bit nicer but I mean its a Monday morning for them aswell, and for this price i aint complaining about nothing

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this has happened several times. staff was very rude. I understand the working hours can be tough. There aren’t many breakfast options at Cleveland Airport, so I keep coming back—but this kind of attitude is unacceptable. Please train your staff on basic customer service.

i have literally never left a bad review in my life. i recognize at the airport and especially in food service jobs everyone’s stressed and moving quickly. that’s no problem! the man that took my food order was perfectly lovely. the man at the register that took my drink order literally made me cry. i was already fragile from having a rough morning, which i don’t expect any stranger to know but this was so unnecessary. i ordered a cold brew. the menu says they have alternative milks so i asked for almondmilk. the man taking my order holds up his hand and says they only had a half and half creamer. only half hearing him i simply asked to clarify that there was no alternative milks available (i’m lactose intolerant, aren’t we all). instead of just saying no the creamer is all we have he raises his voice at me saying no i’m telling you this is all we have. his tone baffled me so i threw up my hands to indicate i didn’t mean to be bothering him. he immediately gets defensive and starts yelling at me in front of this line for getting upset. maybe i’m being dramatic and the early morning/external reasons made me so upset, but i thought that was so rude and could have been handled completely different.

I went to Bruegger‘s bagels at CLE this morning and was shocked by how their line team treated their customers…. It was a very short line, but that didn’t keep them from barking orders at the people they were serving…. There was no clear signage, and I was given an untoasted bagel sandwich after spending $14.00 on my order. When I requested a new one toasted, the young man behind the counter said that I should have told him that when I ordered it. He then brought out his supervisor, (who seemed to have a better understanding of customer service) and my sandwich was replaced.

I don’t usually complain, but I feel customer service should be held to a higher standard. It’s customers who pay employees salaries. Service is important!

Fast and friendly service at 5:30AM- especially the woman working the register! So efficient, positive & helpful- It’s nice to see on such early morning travel days.
