Currently sitting here for a company lunch. Roughly around 18 people. This was a thank you gift from our company. So far 7 people have left because some people got food before those 7 got their order taken. My manager here asked to speak with a manager about 20 minutes ago. No manager has showed up. I’m sitting here with an empty plate still waiting on half my order. Waitress has not come to check up on us since order was taken. Not to mention, outside of us, THERE ARE 2 PEOPLE HERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Our lunch was ruined and company promised to make it up to us, but needless to say, we will not be coming to this location

Worst run BW3 in city. Just waited an hour and never received my food. One server and one cook per server. 25 people in dining area waiting for food and 10 at takeout. Go to ANYWHERE else downtown. Left hungry and lunch hour over!

This is the worst place I’ve ever been. Just like the other reviews, it took forever to seat us. I went up and asked the bartender if we’re suppose to seat ourselves and she said “no there are two servers” kind of rudely. She wasn’t doing anything tho so why would she seat us. Our waitress finally came over after a ridiculous time waiting. Food came quick but she disappeared. A party of four came and finally was seated by the bartender. They got up mad tho and left bc no one had ever offered them drinks or even came to the table
I can’t believe this place does very well with revenue bc it’s jus terrible
By the way. We was the only table before that party of four (who walked out bc they were tired of waiting) Unacceptable and a manager needs to do something

The customer service here is absolutely horrid. With the changes coming to Downtown Cleveland, specifically this area, they won't be around too much longer and I'll be GLAD! Every single person here needs to be FIRED.

I visited Buffalo Wild Wings recently with a group of friends, and it was honestly one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, yet the staff completely ignored us. When we asked about seating, Instead of acknowledging us or simply saying, “We’ll be with you shortly,” they just kept pointing at the Please Wait to Be Seated sign over and over, without a single word.
We waited for about 15–20 minutes while the staff continued cleaning tables and walking past us like we didn’t exist. It really felt like they wanted us to leave. A simple greeting or update would have made a huge difference.
Really disappointing, especially from a place where you’d expect at least basic customer service. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

The lack of service is enough for me to recommend anything other than here. Nobody came to the table, nobody was at the takeout counter, and bartender wouldn’t take an order since she seen we were in the takeout line prior to approaching the bar. Plenty of open seats so I can’t say the service was poor due to high volume. After paying for parking and not getting food for over 30 minutes, this would be the worst experience I’ve ever experienced at a BWW.

We came in after a Guardians game and were seated almost immediately. After that the service was all downhill. Despite the restaurant being mostly empty we waited almost ten minutes before being greeted by a waiter. One dish came out way ahead of the other and was incorrect. We were not given any napkins or silverware until we asked for it and were not checked on once throughout the entire meal. The table next to us also had several orders that were incorrect and had to be sent back.
