We came in after a Guardians game and were seated almost immediately. After that the service was all downhill. Despite the restaurant being mostly empty we waited almost ten minutes before being greeted by a waiter. One dish came out way ahead of the other and was incorrect. We were not given any napkins or silverware until we asked for it and were not checked on once throughout the entire meal. The table next to us also had several orders that were incorrect and had to be sent back.

Waited twenty minutes in a narrow Corridor stuck between the bathrooms and kitchen door trying to get a party seated. Open tables everywhere, long line to wait.
Rude, dismissive staff. When snapped at by a waitress and merely stating we wouldn’t be standing in these spots if it didn’t take them time to seat people. I was told “not to disrespect them or I could not eat there.”
Yep, no problem. We ate at the ballpark. Overpriced frozen wings and arguing with a ride staff member isn’t worth it.

Waited 90 minutes for food, had to go find a server to get refills on drinks. Server did not care. Ordered endless apps to only get one order. Overall horrible service. The server brought out cold food when she finally brought it out.

Not exactly sure where to start with how bad the experience was. Service was horrible. I sat at the bar with other patrons and everyone expressed how the bartender was treating everyone like the worst part of their day. I understand you’re working for your hard earned money, but we are also spending our hard earned money. They were hardly present and when they were present it was awkward. The food was the worst I’ve ever had from BWW’s, in fact it was probably the worst wings I’ve ever had. Small pieces of chicken and burnt to a crisp. Overall it felt like from the moment you walk in they just want you gone. The only silver lining is that it was a nice clean facility with lots of screens to watch sports. We were there to watch baseball and that was very nice.

Traditional wings were done properly and so were nachos. Boneless Wings came out cold(inedible), asked for a reheat which took 30 mins and came out a little warmer than before. Decided to take it home so I can reheat them myself.

First and last time eating at a Buffalo Wild Wings. The wings are small and way over priced. My husband said he’s had better wings at a pizza place. The main issue was with the chicken tenders. Mine were chewy and my daughter were so hard she couldn’t bite into them. Almost $80 for a family of 4 which wouldn’t be bad if it was worth it. Definitely save your money and go somewhere else.

4 stars, this Buffalo Wild Wings has some lazy employees, the only BWW to go to in Cleveland is the one in Cleveland heights, never more than a 10 min drive when you’re in Cleveland and it hits so much better. My team goes there for group lunches at work and they treat us so good. Avoid the downtown location though. Very slow.
