I went to order food on my lunch break. My app wasn’t working and so they couldn’t honor my special cool they are a chain restaurant I get it. I ordered my food and the guy gave me a hard time about getting my wings crispy and I asked what was in the salad and he just said mainly lettuce. Maybe he was stoned but he didn’t seem to give a damn about anything. I asked for my order to be cancelled. I asked for a receipt showing and then all of a sudden the manager is saying we don’t have receipts because it disappeared.

We got here at 7:40 it was completely empty, we didn't get sat till 8:10 which was by the bartender because she didn't know where anyone was. Once our server came and took our order we got our food pretty fast but never saw our server again. After waiting 15 min once we were done eating I had to ask the bartender if she could find our server to get our check. After that i saw all the employees were sitting in the booths just talking, Once she told our server we were ready for our check it took another 20min for her to come over. I would not recommend coming here at all if the service is like this when it's completely dead I can't imagine how it is when it's busy.

I went there 2 days to get some food before work. I placed an order with the bartender Rochelle and she told me my traditional wings were going to be a 15 minute wait. I placed my order at 1:14. Over 25 minutes passed and I continued waiting at the bar while looking her in her face. She ignored me and then a white man ordered wings. I know this because he wanted the same flavor I did. She hands him wings immediately and then hands someone a bag of food from the kitchen. I felt discriminated against and I felt like she gave him my wings. I also felt like this was racially motivated. I never got my food but the experience left a terrible taste in my mouth. And I left a response on your FAQ.

Not even worth the 1 star rating. Service was slower than slow. We were never brought silverware, had to grab our own napkins from the bar, had to wait 20 minutes to order, then another 20 for our app of chips and dip trio (we should have left then). Our waitress repeatedly told us how she was serving a 17 top and brought our main course out cold. Big party, or bust, I suppose. No margaritas. No tots. No going back. There's plenty of other places to enjoy dinner and drinks while visiting the city.

25 minutes to have drinks delivered from a bar that 5 feet away. It was busy but out of control. The food is never great at any BW3....The price was pretty extreme...i realize its downtown Cleveland but $180 for 4 people there is not a very good deal for mediocre food and slow service

Absolutely awful. 0/10. Ordered food for delivery and even after I called and was promised fresh food I received wrong items, missing items, and cold food that clearly had been sitting for some time. When I called the store and spoke to a manager she refused to get the GM and refused to make it right unless I drove the food all the way to the restaurant. The taste was very stale and bad. Absolutely the worst BWW in northern OH. The location would be better closed than providing service as they did tonight. What a joke.

The place where bonuses for food delivery drivers go to dieUpdate 2/11/24: customer service was worst, the staff isn’t even tentative enough to tell them what order I was there for let alone to ask how long it would be. Far as service THE WORST restaurant in downtown Cleveland

Stopped at the downtown location prior to a concert. Was fairly busy and they certainly didn't have enough folks on staff. It took a good 20 minutes before we could put in our drink order, and probably 45 minutes or more to get our food after ordering. We did have a pleasant host but she was just overwhelmed. The food was pretty good but nothing special for the cost. We passed $150 for 3 adults and 2 kids. Just too much honestly for basic burgers and a few bud lights.

Very bad experience there 2/6/24. Server was no on point took forever just to get drink orders for the 3 of us. Eventually everyone orders on seperate checks. I ordered the house sampler with 10 garlic parm & 10 lemon pepper. My sampler was never put in & when the wings did come out they were old some even cold. Matter of fact everyone's wings were old. So much to say but bottom line very bad experience. The only good fresh thing I received was my strawberry lemonade with fresh fruit in it which was made by the bar person. Was very disappointed & no none of us tipped.

It takes a lot for me to leave a 1 star review - we walked in and directly to the carry-out registers where we stood for 5+ minutes to place an order (no one was there). Nearly everything we attempted to order we were told 'we don't do that for carry-out' so we settled on what we could order, paid nearly $20 a piece, and was told it would be 20 minutes for our food. We waited the 20 minutes - which I'm fine with because I'd rather have fresh food than fast food - then walked our food immediately across the street to eat. It was cold, the chips (the only side we were allowed to order to go) were burnt, there was no sauce on our wraps, and the portion sizes had obviously been cut, and we were left with $40+ of inedible food. The place was a ghost town, and for a good reason. Go anywhere else - you're sure to get a better meal.
