1st they had no burger meat.. I ordered chicken sandwich it was hard basically burnt and fries were disgusting

Yikes. This breakfast burrito is a mess. Too much egg and wasn't wrapped correctly. Hash browns tasted hot and old as if they were re-dropped.

Super long drive-thru line, went in and was out in less than 10 minutes and that was with one person in front of me. Decent customer service and good food! They just need to salt the fries directly after taking them out cause doing it yourself after the fact— it’s not gonna stick on them properly. Still, 10/10 would recommend!

Got there at about 3:50 after a very busy day at my cleaning site and at my aunt's house. Ordered two fish sandwiches with extra tartar sauce and no pickles, and two chicken sandwiches with extra mayo. As I was finishing placing my order, a young lady walked in, and later placed a detailed order due to a child being with her. A minute or two later, a guy who was finishing his order as I walked in got his order, and a group of young men came in and placed a big, detailed order. A few minutes later, the young men started getting their order bit by bit. Then one of the workers worked with the young lady with the child to get her order right. As the young lady walked out, she walked past me standing by the door and the trash receptacle, and told me that my order was just sitting up there by where the workers bag the orders. So I walked back up to the counter, and as the lady finished ringing up the next order (two ladies walked in together), she turned toward me, and I held up my receipt. She took a hard look at my receipt, as the receipt printed up streaky, and went to the bag that was sitting on the other counter. I couldn't tell everything that she added to the bag, but came back to me and, folding down the bag and apologizing, handed me the bag. I should have remembered that my order two weeks ago was wrong, and looked into my bag. Instead, since it was already almost 4:15, and I had to hustle to be somewhere by 4:30, being on foot, I just hurried out the door. After I got to where I was going, I had a few seconds, so I took a quick look into my bag. The chicken sandwiches were right, but it looked like I got two Whopper Jr's instead of two fish sandwiches. I wonder what would have happened if the workers were a little bit better organized and not playing around quite as much?

I saw only two people working. The person taking orders at the drive-through was also filling the orders. I picked a bad day to stop. My burgers were overcooked.

Extremely SLOW .. To be some of the first people after breakfast ..The service was slower than slow .. Too place my order took more than ten minutes ..PEOPLE WE MUST DO BETTER ..

Fire the entire staff and try again. Very unprofessional, sarcastic, argumentative and the level of disrespect among the employees was unbelievable. My food was not fresh and half the staff was outside while on the clock socializing and arguing amongst each other or on their phones. This is disappointing because it's already in a location people dread to visit but the customer service made it worse. Everyone here ought to be ashamed of themselves and the way they conduct their business in front of customers.
