Don't understand how your out of onion rings. I've worked for 2 burger kings that should never happen and is impossible unless the truck order wasn't done correctly.

I like this Burger King because for 7 years I've lived close to them, and NEVER had a rude person take my order, always kind. No ridiculous long waits in the Drive-Thru or Inside, and its Clean. Always deals and Cupons available, Great for my pockets. I have 3 Sons, So You know how they eat. Nice not to have to cook all the time, and still have some change.

This location has terrible drive thru service. It's on the way to my usual commute.. & that's the only reason I visit occasionally. I don't think they've EVER got my order 100% correct, even when ordering only one item. They also have you pull up to wait for your order in the parking lot EVERY visit, no matter if you're the only customer, & have ordered only one item.

They might have done something to my food. Itook my sister to get a spicy chicken sandwich from here after school. She wanted one for two days straight. The first time I went there I was at the drive through. I tried to give the employee my money. She said "I can't reach that" so I had to step out and hand her my money. I just figured I parked too far. So the next day my sister wanted another chicken sandwich. I went there again and it was worse than the first time I ordered. I tried parking closer to the window so she could reach and grab my money, but instead she said "No I can't reach that" with a very disrespectful tone (she didn't even bother to reach for the money). So I got out of my car and put the money on the table because she was too distracted by her co-workers. The wind happened to blow the money inside. And she scream really loud as if she was yelling at me. She went to get my food, and as I was waiting I decided that I wanted my money back due to poor service. But I realized she gave me no receipt. So I waited, but my sister managed to talk me out of it. My sister got her food and we went home. She opened the bag and they gave us a cheese burger and the fries were all over the place in the bag. I don't know if they did anything to our food, but I know damn well I'm not going back there.

The W. 142nd and Lorain location NEVER gets our order right. Thought we'd try inside instead of drive thru so I don't have to turn around and come back. The manager or supervisor took our order. Told the kid making food to put bacon and cheese on the side, king pretzel plain no condiments or cheese on the burger. What was my order when we got to the car? Bacon and cheese on the side in a separate container and a King pretzel burger with everything including cheese and bacon. I made the trip back inside and the manager was surprised herself. I don't understand why every visit this location can't understand custom burger orders with allergies. This is why Ibgave the restaurant a 1 rating. :/

My sandwich was cold but aside from that I pulled up to the drive through to pay. The girl abruptly gave me my total. I chuckled and said okay. Then I said, 'hello there and how are you this evening?' It was like she never thought to ask! How does BK, and many other fast food restaurants train their employees?

Whent inside to eat they had the music so loud I could not even here what the cashier was saying husband and I just whent out side and ate in are car never again

Great service from management. I came by 20min before closing and ordered a double whopper through the app. The broiler was down for reasons beyond their control, so they couldnt make the order that I had already paid for and couldnt cancel the order since it was through the app. The manager hooked me up with some other food and said I could have a double whopper for free the next day (today) if I came by during her shift. I did, and it might not even have been the same manager, but I got my double whopper as promised. This kind of customer care isn't a given with late-night fast food, and I really appreciated the gesture.
