I don't know the name of the woman working in the morning but she is a heavy set white woman with blonde hair. She always has an attitude. Then this morning I was ordering my food and because I said a plain croissant add cheese she says in the background it's not plain. Well if I don't say plain croissant you will over charge me that's why I say plain. Add cheese and she wasn't the one taking my order she always seems to have a problem with her smart mouth. If she doesn't like her job then quite stop being a Karen and learn to be respectful to people

I had a horrible encounter with a manager named Samantha. She was absolutely horrible. She needs a lesson in customer service. How do you argue with a customer on how their food was made, especially when they made it incorrectly? And how do you argue with a customer on missing items that they paid for and the customer has proof but she still refused to fix the order. Samantha is a HORRIBLE MANAGER! SHE DOESN'T RESPECT CUSTOMERS OR THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY AND TIME THAT THEY CAME TO SPEND SO THEY CAN HAVE A BREAK from a hard day and not have to cook. Not only that but not everyone has $$$ to WASTE!!! I couldn't believe how so INCREDIBLY RUDE Samantha who is an employee of an institution who has a slogan HAVE IT YOUR WAY" and she doesn't allow the customer to have their food to their way! And she doesn't care that what she's doing is wrong!!! SHE NEEDS AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT and AN EMPLOYMENT CHANGE!!! maybe her losing her job would fix her attitude 🤔😕

Ordered a bunch of food. Half of it was cold and old. I didn't get the mushroom burger I ordered for my husband. Can't even tell what it was supposed to be. It was a large sloppy Gross mess. The cheesey tots were like cardboard. The fries had way too much salt on them.

On December 14, I arrived with my family looking for food at 8:40 pm and they refused to allow us to buy food inside the establishment. The sign outside says that they are open until 9 pm. The cashier on duty was going to take our order, but the manager on duty ordered him not to take our order inside, and to send us outside. I hope they take action on the matter since they are not respecting business hours. The manager was very bad and not at all friendly.

Ordered a chicken fry through the drive through among some other things. Chicken fry wasn’t in the bag. Asked if I could get the chicken fry we ordered and was told that “he didn’t ring you up for it” Asked if I could get it even if I needed to pay and was told that it was my fault because “there’s a screen so it’s shared fault”. Asked again if I could get the chicken fry and was ignored until I left. Don’t really understand how it could be my fault.
It really bothers me that no one at this Burger King wears gloves. Why would you pick up someone else's food up with your bare hands?! I don't know where your hands been. I walked right back out after I saw that crap.
