Happened to notice we didn't get our fries when at the window. Let them know and the cashier was kind and apologized. A second employee argued that the fries were indeed in the bag. We offered to show her the bag of food, with the fries that were actually missing but she instead handed us a bag with a barely filled box of fries. The fries certainly aren't good enough to attempt to steal, and this situation could have been handled much more professionally. Will never be visiting this location again.

Showed up at the drive thru while other cars were at the windows waiting for their food just to be told they were closed 40 mins BEFORE their posted closing time complained to corporate after reading reviews it seems this is a common issue

Ordered breakfast on a Sunday morning at 10:51 am. Had to pull forward to wait. Obviously, it was for our piping hot sandwiches. Also gave us our four large hash browns literally halfway filled. At $2 a piece, that's ridiculous. Pulled back around to the drive thru window for a second time. Showed them our half filled hash browns and asked why? They said that they just finished serving breakfast. It was 10:56 at this point. They didn't feel like making more, plain and simple. They tried to make it right by giving us two large fries, but the whole thing should never have happened. We have seen two Burger Kings close by us in the last two years. Will this be the third?

8/15/21 closed at 6:20, after waiting at the drive-thru ordering area for 10 minutes somebody finally walked out and said sorry we're closed, got in their car and left. This place is completely understaffed, unmanaged, the wait times are ridiculous. I feel bad for the real workers there. This location should be closed until it's properly staffed with employees and the proper management. I have tried to work through their staffing issues for months but after this amount of time it's obvious they're going to do nothing to correct it. They have lost my business for good

Zero stars if I could. I was told by the manager, of all people, not to come back when I tried to make a genuine and reasonable process improvement suggestion. I will be honoring “his” request. Stay far far away.

Worst fast food spot in this city and strongsville. Came multiple times at 10 or 11 and there juat closed no note or reason.. They are open until 12 and multiple times just noone is there and when they are there it takea 15min to get my food when im the only car there. Also everytime I'll be the only one there and it takes them 5min or more to even start the order like they dont want people coming the last few hours there open.
The workers are so nice (BUT)..I asked for 2 Veggie burgers... WOW I revived. (Bun. lettis.onion cheez. No paddy) $9.77. I went back and said no veggie burger Paddy... Nice counter worker said that's what u get.. They returned and EXCHANGED me 2 Veggie Impossible burgers. (The bill was now $719)...[WITH THE VEGGIE PADDY IS WAS OVER$2 CHEEPER. W.T.F. ] Why would u ever sell a sandwich with out a PADDY.

Literally one person working there. Yep he takes your order in the drive-thru then heads to the back to make your order. If there are more than two cars in line it's a 10-15 minute wait. I literally asked if they we're being robbed since it took forever to take my order after being asked to wait a few times. Normally this place is just ok, but not with one employee. Go ahead and count the cars in the lot...there will be just one.

Twice now I have tried to go to the Middleburg Heights store and they’ve been closed before 11pm. Wednesday and a Friday. I wish they would post their new hours online
