Will be contacting corporate in regards to theft. I had to ask for the return of my card five times after watching two people continuously swipe it because their system was acting up. I even tried to show not one but three people that my transaction went through when being met with total disregard and disrespect while being to to hush my mouth and stop talking to the blond who refused to give me her name. The first lady wouldn't even look at my phone then slammed the window in my face ,, also they kept my coupon,, this this is far from over. Today’s date is 11/22 ,, honestly I can’t even comment on the incident because it’s just not worth it after what a month and a half you’re still acting in such a childish manner 🤦🏻♀️ at this point thank you for helping me to never come back to this location because honestly I don’t even need to eat your food it is absolutely disgusting. Seriously I am so happy that you remembered who I am and let me know at the drive-through window 🫶🏻 and that I am so famous at your BK location, I really wish you the best because from beyond this point I have nothing to say ❣️

I called the supervisor to ask him about her name to make complain. He hang up on me. I don’t recommend this place. Super friendly, but professional staff. Went through the drive thru. A very patient youg woman, Savannah, took my order. I had tobpull around to the winndow to complete my order because of the noise from the freeway by the Ckeveland airport of Brookpark Road. My food was fresh and hot. Instructions for lite- ice was followed. My order was correct. Best of all- service was conducted with a genuine smile. Savannah is a great representative for the company. Thank you to all the staff who were working to provide excellent food and customer service. Great team work. Ms. Lisa- Whatbabout those Heinz fries- lol

closed at 9PM??? when you let me place orders into 10???? oh but you will take 5 days to refund me??? come on do better. last time i visit here.
This place closes everyday at 9:00 p.m. when it's right next to the airport and Ford motor company which operates three shifts hire some more people this is the only Burger King I've ever seen that closes at 9:00 but whatever it's your loss a prophet I'm just trying to give you some money and eat a cheeseburger

Only been a couple of times but every time they’re friendly and it’s fresh. All your 1 star reviews about closing early, how about just don’t be a jerk and go to a fast food restaurant 30 minutes before close, you’re annoying.
