Great place to eat, c/s is excellent! Very clean eating area also. I have to rate this locale the best I've had the pleasure of dining in! Seriously,I am surprised myself and impressed it's in the hood! Fantastic fast food restaurant! Highly,highly recommend!

I wasn't to pleased with my last visit to Burger King on 55TH and Superior last night because I placed an order online for pickup and when I got there they didn't have the order ready and when they did give me my order, they didn't give me what I originally ordered plus they charged me for the incorrect order and the order that I was supposed to receive that wasn't even in the bag!!!

This Burger King gets it right. I stopped coming to Burger King because food wasn't prepared correctly. Consistently cold food. This is not the problem at this location. Food is always hot. This is the only one I go to. They have a manager who has a bad attitude. If the fix that it will be more of a enjoyable

Discover Credit card users beware! They don’t take Discover and they don’t have that posted anywhere on the outside of the building for drive through. They should inform customers at the drive through when you order that they only accept certain forms of payments. It’s humiliating otherwise to make it to the window and be in front of a long line of cars and look like the one taking advantage of the situation.

Says they're open until 4am. I placed an order, and the manager was so rude. I placed my mobile order around 12:30 am only to be told they're closed but only accepting orders from doordash, which doesn't make any sense because if you're closed, why would you accept orders from doordash on plus my order was placed through the mobile app which is no different than ordering through the doordash app. Overall, my experience was horrible due to the fact that someone just wanted to be paid to do nothing all night.
Food is normally fresh. I just pulled in the driveway. And I was told they are only accepting mobile/door dash orders. I submitted my order 10 mins later in the parking lot. Then pulled to the drive thru and I was told they were closed. But my money $20+ was already taken. I hate terrible customer service. Won't be back. I will continue to visit the burger king on east 222nd in Lakeshore. Terrible service.
