Didn't get what I ordered
I ordered a double whopper and got a single patty.

Terrible wait time. 4 people working. 1 person training and the other 2 standing around waiting for the young man to finish showing the trainee one burger at a time. No team work whatsoever. No apology. No acknowledgment. No accommodation.
When I first walked in, I told her my order and she said “ok, they’ll get to it when they can”.
Waited 20 minutes and finally left. Had to request a refund through the app.

The kitchen area was a mess. Garbage overflowing in the cans, ketchup spilled on the floor and no one working the counter. Yeah, it's fast food but come on. Pig sty. No way food could be sanitary.

You will literally wait 30-40 minutes for food in the drive through. If you go inside to order you will never be served.

I've been to this Burger King a number of times. The main issue isn't that the food is horrible it's the service. Extremely slow and unattended. It's almost like they hate working here. Average wait times roughly 20 minutes. And I wish I was kidding.

I have come to this location multiple times after work in the evening and always have the same experience. You will wait in the drive-thru for around half an hour with absolutely no words from anyone working there. If you manage to reach the window, expect to wait again. The employees working the window are typically very rude and standoffish.
If you have a mobile order God help you. Even Wendy's has a way to cancel a mobile order in the app if it hasn't been received yet, Burger King has no such feature. You have to dispute the charge. Corporate really needs to do something about this location, it is like this every single time.

Whopper patty was cold, grey, and vegetables slopped together with mayo. Fries were cold, and had the texture of under fried like I was served just the blanched stuff without salt.
