Tonight that changed when we went to the drive through and no one responded and the second time we went through they shut their sign off. We saw a lady mopping and laughing. Cleveland Ohio is wild.

Sandy and her crew is my savior every night. I know I ran her time clock her telling her how I love her. Food is always fresh service is always prompt and phenomenal. I love this location. Please give her a raise. If it wasn’t for the consistent service this location provides me I wouldn’t eat Burger King. Love you sandy🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

Open until 4am is a lie. I stopped there at roughly 3:50am to order and the manager working the drive thru said they were closed. I told her it wasn't 4 and her response was I want to go home so we're closed. Worst customer service ever. If you say open til 4am then be open until 4am and not close early because you want to go home. Manager was completely oblivious and uncaring. Owner should be ashamed having such a person work for them.

My food was very good. I ordered the new firery bacon whopper and tried the fire mozzarella sticks. Eddie took my order and has exceptional customer service. He even bothered to ask me how my day was going. Most places just take your money and hand you your food. I will be returning soon for more firery mozzarella fries!
