It's 6:52 pm and they not answering the drive thru intercom and closed the dining area. They let in who they wanted to let in.
I always get a burger and shake I grew up on a strawberry shake and a good tasting burger.

Today was the 21rst of November at 7pm. I went through the drive thru line and when I pulled up the man on the speaker said they were only accepting cash. I told him I had a mobile order. He was then disappointed, I’m assuming the only taking cash was a deter to send ppl away. He says oh your order isn’t ready and then paused. I’m thinking ok why would it be I just placed it. Then on top of that he said I would have to come in. So I parked and went in and the lady was like. “ This is your order” like how rude. Like I would have taken here you go instead of that. And the tone didn’t make any sense. Not one person trained on customer service and I waisted my time going in because the dude in drive thru seemed incompetent, as the order was ready. It was just a burger.

Good food well prepared. The team members were friendly and glad to see us there. The dining area was exceptionally clean.

This is a joke of a burger will also say that I tried calling corporate to Express my concern and still waiting on that phone call to come back and it's been over a week.It appears that carol's corporation accepts this kind of Behavior the way they talk to you the way they treat you and how slow the service It is horrendous done with carols corporation

I'm currently a doordash driver waiting on an order for 15 plus mins is uncalled for & unprofessional. I've also said something more then once to the mic and got no answer. Hire better people and do better
