Only 2 people working, one making sandwiches/dropping and one manager doing drive thru orders AND indoor orders. Took about 15 minutes to receive the food. Only good thing about the whole situation was all the food being fresh. Can't really blame the service, the company needs to close and lose money when there is literally only 2 workers to do everything or close either the inside or the drive thru and not have both open. Fast food among other places did that during COVID but can't when really really short staffed at it's restaurants? 🤔

Got our food, but the lady working drive thru was very rude. Had to repeat my order 4 times. Then she yelled about fries. Got all our food. Asked for straws and she gave another attitude. I understand people have bad days, but this lady was flat out rotten. Usually people working there are nice.

Walked in looked at the employees playing with a bin full of patties, they stack up burgers and microwave they we you order. I walked straight out, Peace? ✌️

Horrible experience. Order from here all the time before I work my 12 1/2 hr shift. Today I ordered and spent $13 on the mobile app just to be told they are closed with no explanation. They were so rude to me and told me they didn’t care if I called corporate. Now I got to wait 5-7 business days for a refund. Do not go there

BK is BK no matter where you are.... they were busy but getting the orders out expeditiously, considering there was two feet of snow......nothing like a hot Whopper on A snowy day...

I would rate this a 0 I pay for something and don't even get my order then I call and I'm explaining myself to the manager he hung up on me was very rude so I'm going to call corporate this is an ongoing problem here I'm sick of the way I'm treated here

Happy New Year! Great way to start off Burger King. Great customer service clean environment, even the bathroom. Full of smiles laughs and compliments. Kudos it’s been a while since I have encountered great customer service with the food to match.

8:40 pm. he lady at the counter is very rude. I asked for my order and she told me she didn't speak Spanish and started laughing. I didn't order anything. I don't know why they hire these kind of rude people.
