Ordered on the app and the cashier kept saying the order hadn't pulled through the system. Refuse to check past orders or if she had accidentally cleared it. I had the receipt pulled up showing it was paid and she refused to give us our food. This was for breakfast. Took me 30 minutes of waiting around to just end up walking out because she ended up walking away. The kitchen staff were willing to make our food for us and she told them not to. It was just inconvenient and upsetting. Had to contact corporate for a refund. I understand not wanting to hand out food to random people, but I had my literal receipt pulled up on my phone. There is a line of protecting the business and helping a customer and they clearly didn't care about the customer.

This is the BEST Burger King I have been in. The employees are always friendly and really helpful. They are always short-staffed.The employees never stop moving. Each one of them does the job of 2 people while still smiling, The drive through line never ends, and the dining room always has people in it. Somehow they manage to be super-nice and keep everything moving. The dining room is always clean and neat despite the high traffic line of people coming and going. I always get hot, fresh food served with a smile.

Always get what I ordered but I always go in! However staff was slow coming to take my order seemed that were busy socializing in the back maybe it was business but didn't sound like it! Still once they took my order food was fresh and on point and staff was super pleasant!

Very polite and professional. I left my card at home and I needed to connect my card to Apple Pay they waited patiently for me to add my card! The food was fresh and they gave me a courtesy cup of water which was nice because most fast food places make you pay for cups.

I tried the new limited time ghost pepper sandwich and ghost pepper chicken fries. From everything I’ve been hearing I was expecting the spicy of the food to kick my butt, but was disappointed. I feel like I would have to eat 3 burgers to get any hint of heat. The workers were really nice and took care of me very quickly, highly satisfied of customer service.
