Went here yesterday, multiple (if not all) employees where outside talking and smoking, waited for 5 minutes in the lobby getting looks from the staff, before ONE staff member walked in and apparently went to go take a drive through order. A few minutes later another customer walked in and saw the same thing i saw, he proceeded to walk out and ask everyone if their all on break and one of them said no, that there was someone in there working. How do you just leave the store unattended for a smoke/?. I dont care about waiting but it’s a clear and obvious safety hazard to not have any employees in the store at any given time. Please do better.

My lady placed a $50+ mobile order, and asked for the drinks to have no ice. When I received the food all of the drinks had ice. I wouldn't have made a big deal about it, until upon arriving at home my lady notified me that we were short the featured dragon strawberry drink that comes in a much different cup than all of our other drinks. So, I went back and pulled up to the window. They asked if they could help me and I explained that I hadn't received that particular drink. Then they wanted to argue and dispute and say that they did give out to me. Finally someone was instructed to pour me another. As the young lady partially poured the drink, I reminded her that I requested no ice, but she ignored me, and gave more attitude than service with the think, then slammed the window closed. How dare me actually want all of the items that I purchased

The drive thru is terrible. My order took 45 mins. It was incorrect, and they just handed me anything. I stopped going years ago, but my family wanted some, so I thought maybe they had improved. It's such a shame cause the Burger King could make lots of money.

I went in there and got the two for $5 Duo meal chicken sandwich chicken fries and a Frosty I went down at the table waiting for my number to be called and then I noticed the two people in front of me got their food walked up to the counter and said hey did you forget about me and she says no no it's right here and I asked her how long she was going to make me wait and she said till I wanted to real professional Burger King

Lady was horrible in the drive through didn’t even get my order right .I didn’t notice till I got home after working and I was livid .she didn’t even greet us when we got to the window when we were ready to pay and was talking to other coworkers.

Definitely ranks with worst burger king in ohio possibly the country. Service is always slow. Its been years since I visited this location because they were always so terrible. Yup still terrible lol french toast sticks were not even cooked. A pile of goo.
