I literally just had to log back into google just to make this review. The black girl with red/burgundy hair and glasses was extremely rude and unprofessional for no reason at all. We ordered for pickup and came to the display screen as the website said to do. The first thing she says when we pull up is that we’re supposed to come in. My bf started to say “oh the website said-“ but he was cut off because she decided to speak over him saying “it says to come in”. Weird and rude for no reason but sure. We get the food and the bag feels light. Before we even open the bag we let her know that the drinks are missing. She says they’re in the bag. We can clearly tell that the 4 drinks we ordered are not in the bag but we open it anyway (it was taped up). No drinks and half of the food was missing as well. So we tell her. She grabs the bag saying “damn” and slams the window closed. Idk why she was so upset that SHE messed up the order, and that we just wanted the food that we paid for.. but either way she was extremely rude for no reason. A different person gave us the food back and we were still missing one of the items but at least the other lady wasn’t rude about it. 🙃

1pm on a Saturday. Waited over ten minutes in the drive through before I called to see if they were open. The female that answered in an annoyed voice, “ We are behind deal with it”. I’m waiting to see if somebody spits in my food

This Burger King is absolutely disgusting and dirty. I bought an original chicken combo meal. I asked if they could please make it fresh due to everything being stale last few times. And of course my fries are cold and stale. The sandwich is not fully warmed. Just trash all the way around. I'm calling corporate everyday til they get their picture

Doorway smells like marijuana.. old food clearly can tell it's been sitting in a fire way too long it's cold got a chicken Royal crispy it was ice cold in the middle boys are loud and obnoxious swearing extremely rude cannot get orders right they say they're shorthanded but this morning 5 here on a night with nobody here makes no sense very unsatisfied distort definitely needs new management or shut down very crappy very highly don't recommend this place

every time I've visited for the past six months or so, they either say they're closed even though the sign says they're open or state they do doordash only
they've refused to do business with me and the workers have insulted me
it's false advertising, bad business strategy and needless descrimination
the particular location should be shut down and all workers there should be released from their occupation because clearly they don't enjoy serving the general population meals

This location does not do online order pickup thru the drive-thru anymore. You have to go inside for pickup - and wait in line for your order. No pickup counter. The burger was made to order but still wasn't that good.
