They burnt my food and there was bugs in the sprite 🤢. Don't go to this Burger King at all.

This is the absolute WORST place I have ever been to (and im from Brooklyn NYC)
Anyway got my order from the drive thru seen it was wrong I took it right back in and they replaced it. After getting to work on my lunch break it was still wrong. That was last week.(Tuesday)
So I CALL and speak to the manager and ask if she can plz make sure it's made right I am allergic to the seeds on the bun I asked for 2 bottom buns so when I get there I go thru the drive thru I place my order for 2 whoppers with cheese and 2 original chickens all 4 sandwiches on bottom buns ( I place my lunch order for the week at one time) and again it was made wrong so instead of throwing it away and waisting money like I have i tried 3 times to speak with the manager and all 3 times the manager was to busy or on break I am just over this place everybody is rude to begin with normally I don't ramble on like this but it is just so disrespectful how that whole crew in that store are

So I typically have problems with this bk. So I take the exstra miles to go to Memphis But, A Ashley was there (never seen her at the window) She was helpful and great , and helped fix what needed to be fixed. And I always dread complaining but she told me she would put my receipt in her pocket so she didn’t forget who I was for when I came back, and she fixed the order with no attitude or complaint thanks Ashley, I may just continue to go back to that bk, I only gave 3 stars cause the food was messed up from the beginning

Drive through takes to long
I would avoid this place until they get people who actually answer the drive-thru. Otherwise you're just going to wait for 10 or 15 minutes before you give up and get stuck trying to back out of the line

Totally screwed up my order last night charged me for food I never ordered, the lady at drive thru seemed incompetent or slow I had to repeat order 4 time and she still got it wrong if I was you I wouldn't go to this location and called the manager she asked me what you want me to do take responsibility for your incompetent staff that's what I would like yo to DO

You can see the chubby white guy with tattoos standing there on his phone at 7:08 wearing a headset yet ignoring all the customers that pull through asking if they’re open. Front doors are locked as well though the Lights are on. Google and the hours posted on the door both say open at 6am. Young child sitting in the lobby staring at everyone who tries to walk in like we’re dumbasses.

This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! My friend came here and took a pic of this sign. There is no need for racism here. This isn’t the first time as well. This store needs to be held accountable and people need to know about this! This is highly disrespectful and racist! Shame on you for putting this up! Terrible! Don’t eat here!

At my most recent visit ~5 weeks ago, a uniformed employee met me out in the parking lot and kindly informed me a man shot in the abdomen was in the dining room, and with the mess, would be unable to serve me. I will return at a later time for a more complete review.
