Horrible service and wait times

I used to work here a long time ago, it seems like when i left this place went downhill. I came here today before work to get some breakfast no one answered the drive-through i rode past i see workers eating and kids sitting in the dining area this was at 6:20 am

It was the worst experience I ever had at a fast-food restaurant. I had a dead fly on my sandwich and seemed to care. No apologies.

Slowest fast food joint I have ever been to. Sat there in the drive-through for over 10 minutes, listening to the working talk to themselves. Finally ordered my food, and the food seemed overcooked and horribly thrown together. I also got two drinks, and both of them were wrong. Probably wont be going here again. On top of all that... there were about 7 cars behind me that ended up leaving. The Mcdonads right by them can get through an entire drive-through in minutes. I can see why Burger is losing to them in every way. Absolutely horrendous service. Get new employees or just shut down.

The food has been on point. I even go the cheaper route of dressing a cheeseburger like a whopper Jr and they get it right. I feel bad at times because I realize they have to go through and read all of that when it could have just been a Whopper Jr. But times are tough and they don't make me feel bad about it. Closest one to me and the best as well. Thanks, crew!

Location is typically littered with trash, always check your bag because it's rare when they aren't missing something, make sure you have your code ready to go before pulling in because it seems like when I don't I can't get service on or off wifi.

I do deliveries all day long figured I'd stop and get me a nice hot lunch the joke was on me I got my lunch at the Burger King at 105th and Lorain it was horrible everything was ice cold onion rings sucked the burger sucked my pop was cold horrible horrible place I'll never go there again I guess I'll have to start going to McDonald's

The guy taking orders & at the window was rude, forgot my fry and had an attitude when I told him it was missing. Gave me cold fries, my sandwich was slightly cold, and my lettuce was wilted. I wouldn't be surprised if they were serving food from the floor with their attitudes. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Morning crew is very rude and unprofessional. Messes up orders and then gets mad at customers when they ask them to fix it.

The lunch crew is great! Always nice and kind and they have smiles for you everytime you come in. The black female manager with the short hair deserves a raise. She's hard working and very friendly.

Not a good idea to be in this location at night. A lot of homeless people like to hang around and beg you for money and they sometimes get mad if you tell them you don't have any.

I’ll come in here and sometimes you get ignored by the staff. Once they were “out of coffee,” because someone on staff didn’t want to make it. Often times I see shenanigans here from staff and customers. Today I just left due to a “customer” smoking inside the dining area.

Parking: The staff parks in the spots closest to the door.
