Such a great experience at Burgerim today. The gentleman (Alain) who took our order was amazing. He was polite, thoughtful and gave an amazing recommendation of what burgers to try. The food was hot, fresh and seasoned to perfection. We appreciate having such an awesome interaction.

It’s a nice place but any time I order from it on DoorDash they get my order wrong I normally order a plain burger but they always just put anything on it and the food isn’t even that good to deal with it

Food is awesome!!! I went through everything in the menu and never got bored once. The people working there are so nice and considerate!!! Mario is such a nice guy and is always interested in my day. As a college student I would highly recommend going here to fight your hungry urges.

I got angus beef except when I got home and opened the burger there was no patty. Waste of money and a trip.

The person at the register could not have been more uninterested. We went there with a group of friends and were here at Ohio for just few hours. Definitely killed the vibe towards the end of our trip. The food too was also subpar. They served cold food and got mad asking “how’s the food cold?” when we asked to heat it up. They had listed aioli sauce and American cheese but clearly missed it in the order. I feel that people should not open restaurants if their goal is to just take money for poor quality food and bad customer service.

I don't leave reviews often, but this was my first visit to this place and it was a very bad experience.
I ordered the 1/3 lb Angus Burger.
The prep and presentation of everything on the burger was very sloppy, for example, the onions were sliced about an inch thick... which was really confusing... the 3 tomatoes were all sliced at different thickness, the burger itself was barely warm, dry and flavorless.
I got the fries and they were barely warm and tasted stale.
20 minutes later, moments after I checked into my hotel... everything I ate came right back up.
I can only assume lack of care and cleanliness by this particular team, who otherwise had great customer service. The dining area of the restaurant was very smokey, from the grill, as well.
The lavender lemonade was bomb though, to be honest. But it was a pretty bad experience overall. Won't return and won't recommend.
