Service was prompt and friendly at the beginning. 6 people ordered breakfast and it took over 50 minutes for food to arrive. Water was not filled up during the meal. The staff disappeared and we couldn't find anyone to pay for the meal for ten minutes. Walked around but the dining room was desolate. Fruit side was tasteless- melons and pineapple Potatoes were dried out. Coffee tasted more like water. No alcohol served until 4pm as well.
Gets the job done. Nothing special on the food but you can absolutely get by with something here.

For a hospital hotel restaurant it is about what can be expected. The server, Laura, was so good, we came back a second night.
Very bad food! I ordered beef ribs over risotto. Food had no taste and it smelled! The waitress was very nice! Way overpriced for the quality. Salad was ok but that chicken never seen any spices or salt! $14 for a glass of wine with this food quality is crazy!

Quite possibly the worst food I’ve ever had at a hotel. Service was lovely but the food we had was terrible. Fries underdone, meatloaf was awful and came with canned chicken (!) ‘gravy’, burger underdone and with canned mushrooms. Just couldn’t tolerate it. I don’t know how they can serve this food to people and charge what they do.

Food was good, but took 40 minutes after ordered to get our food. Not busy at all and not really worth the wait.
Very limited dishes on the buffet.

We tried their breakfast buffet this morning and were totally disappointed. It was obvious that the food had been sitting for quite a while and a very poor selection. To top it off it was $45.00 for two people which didn’t include a tip. We had been warned that it was expensive, but I will never go back to this restaurant again.

Breakfast buffet was good
Diverse and delicious food
On the evening of July 25th, I was treated somewhat disdainfully once discovered that I was a participant in Cleveland Clinic's Brain & Sleep Study & receiving a complimentary dinner. The study provides very important data that can help in the prevention of, and hopefully, a cure for brain related diseases such as Alzheimer's. The wait staff should treat ALL guests with the same courtesy & respect. That is the reason for the 3 Star Review. From the 3 items that I was allowed to order, the cheeseburger with mushrooms, onions, lettuce & tomatoes, along with the parmesan fries, was delicious. The breakfast buffet was a 5, with many delectable items to choose from, & the breakfast wait staff was more welcoming.
