Horrible customer service. They close early. No one can help you with anything but take your money. If you have an issue w your account don’t expect them to do anything but give you a number that takes you to an automated system. 0 stars if possible. Unfriendly, no one will even say hi when you walk in. My account was locked for no reason & all they said was go online or call. Do not use this sports book. jack is way better and easier.

Stopped to check out the sports book while at the Monsters game. Slight delays getting in but for good reason as the Sportsbook is open to public as well from outside of arena. Upstairs has a nice bar area, plenty of TVs and a few betting kiosks. Downstairs has an area but with a bar, tables to sit, kiosks, and a few windows to place your bets. This place is open independent of any events at the arena. Definitely worth a stop.
