The cooks in the cafe have a mean attitude towards customers and I have noticed if you are a flashy beautiful woman they are nice to you but everyone else they have an attitude against...shame on cafe 200 and I work in customer service in the exact same building and I could never speak to my customers the way I was spoken to this morning....after all the customers that come into that cafe is the reason they have a job, period!

Best building cafeteria in Cleveland. Somewhat expensive but it has a professional feel with a huge clean seating area thats quiet enough to have a conversation.

My co workers have been coming here for over a year for a breakfast sandwiches. They were made fluffy eggs toasted sandwiches, and were probably the best Breakfast sandwich in Cleveland. Now they are pre-made eggs and a chemical taste that makes McDonald's taste like a 5 star restaurant . We will never go here again !! Cutting cost like this for an unsatisfactory product is a good way to lose loyal customers.
Apparently they have changed how they make their breakfast sandwiches. In the past they would cook the eggs from scratch. Today (11/16/2018) I see that they are now microwaving some egg concoction that tastes horrible. What you get now makes McDonalds food good. I would not recommend going to Cafe 200 anymore.
