The bartender with the glasses was completely rude with such a negative disposition. You say thank you and you can’t even get a you’re welcome. I sat here for a couple of hours due to a delayed flight eating and answering emails and just watched the rude service.

I had an amazing margarita, tried to get another in before my flight boards but service is incredible slow. Either understaffed, bad management or incredibly lazy workers. I can understand it is the latter and somewhat expected in this country

Bit annoyed. After a rough day of flight changes and delays, I'm given a voucher for food and drink at the airport by my airline. The restaurant refused to use the voucher for alcohol even though it technically is a credit card good for any purchases, including alcohol.

Incredibly rude. Waited over 15 minutes nobody greeted. Went to the bar and the server tod me I had to scan a QR code for menu . It would not open for me on my phone and she told me no paper menu and was extremely rude. I travel frequently and always over tip. Her loss. Walk down the concourse a little further and find somewhere else to go.
The waitress was not attentive. I sat for 15 minutes before she approached me. She didn’t offer napkins, cutlery or good service. So disappointed. Very nice to male customers. She needs customer service training. She could be so profitable in tips. Her etiquette sucks! I tip great but she will get $0. The atmosphere sucks due to the antisocial waitress. People spend money to fly and more money than average to eat in the airport. This service was extremely unacceptable.

your little male bartender working yesterday midday was very good at all aspect of his job. though the chicken fingers and french fries, which came highly recommended My other customers, were over salted and I got sick after.

The bartender was fantastic and personable. The chips and guac were delicious, although the steak tacos were just decent. The steak tacos had little flavor and didn't pair well with my Mojito de Oaxaca. I wouldn't order the steak tacos or the Mojito de Oaxaca again. I'd come back for the chips and guac.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. They didn’t take long to kick us out — we felt completely unwelcome. The staff was rude and not friendly at all. There was no effort to be polite or professional. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. Definitely not coming back and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Service comes with a stingy attitude.... The little things that all other restaurants do for free are extra charge here... Queso cheese is extra on a cheeseburger and there's no free chip refills. The same restaurant at the Houston airport gives one free chip refill, but not at this greedy location. 100 percent hightop chairs are uncomfortable.
I would not come back to this location again but would at Houston airport where they have pork street tacos.

Christine was an amazing waitress. Greater and welcomed me with a big smile. I ordered the tortilla soup and it was delicious. The only problem was that the cook came out to tell her why did she allowed me to order the soup because she had made it yet. The cook ended up making it. We were uncertain if it was coming. Then the manager started speaking loudly to Csritine because she had notnprpepared.the iced te. It was not the time nor the way you should supervise your Team members. Dude is literally sleeping at the bar as I walked up. I just turned around and left

Service was great + the nachos were made by a pro. Seriously, best nachos I've ever had in or out of an airport.
