My first time visiting the establishment and I mention that too the older gentleman at the front on the register however something must have been going on with the co-workers 😕 because the attitudes and lack of customer service was truly evident... I would like to revisit WITH a senior discount... Because the food was wonderful 😊!

I really love the food here, I never have any issues and they have a wide variety of food you can choose from. my daughter does not like pizza and she always loves getting the chicken from here. it always smells amazing.

I’m giving them a 3 star because while i love their pizza, it’s in my top 3 of local spots within Cleveland i had one of my worst experiences ever with a dessert. They had a tiramisu listed at $5.50 and it was the worst tiramisu i ever had. No lady fingers, super tiny and it tasted like the bottom was just yellow cake dosed in coffee. I do not recommend their desserts.

I grew up in Old Brooklyn, about a half a mile from Carmino’s and it’s been a part of my life since my childhood. What can I say? The pizza (get the sausage!) is great and the wings are better than they have any right to be at that price. Their Stromboli are also top notch. I left Cleveland in 2005, but my parents still live down the street, and the very first thing I do when I get home - every time - is get ready to order Carmino’s. It’s like that barber shop you’ve gone to for 30 years, but it’s pizza…what’s not to like?
