$55 for a strawberry cassata cake to look like this? This is supposed to be my brother’s birthday cake… embarrassing. This is not for a child, he’s a grown adult. They messed up the first 2 times and tried to cover it up. Very unprofessional. This will be the first and last time ever going there.

Literally called first thing this morning very happy and excited to order a cake for myself for my birthday since I had to attend a funeral on my birthday yesterday and overall had a really bad day. Well absolutely horrible service on the phone. The woman was so rude when asking basic questions like "do you do custom text or text like happy birthday on your cake at all?" I got yelled at that I was asking a question that made "no sense" hahaha. After going back and fourth for a few seconds and the tone and delivery of the woman on the other line..That kinda sealed the answer on if I was going to go through with the cake. How disappointing as I wanted to shop local, as a new resident haha! You never know what someone is going through-so be kind. I was going to spend a lot of money on the cake I was looking at on your website. Super disappointed!

I’m not from around here. So I was excited to try this place out! When you walk in, it smells absolutely amazing, and it is very cute! The place is like a desert heaven!, deserts galore! The deserts are very pretty as well. However, when it came to my husband and I picking out deserts, we felt rushed and the short older woman taking our order was rude and inpatient. I felt so rushed that I didn’t really get the chance to look at what I might like because I felt I was waisting this woman’s time. Really don’t think I should be made to feel that way. The deserts we picked were dried out and did not have good flavor at all. Had I felt comfortable enough to take my time and look instead of being asked constantly "is that it???”.. We will not be back.

All the secrets I have purchased pastries and other treats and sometimes entrees from this location and it has all been good. I especially love their Danish. It is on the expensive side but when you know you want something good you will get it
