Our homeowners' association uses Catered Elegance for summer bbques, clam bakes, and last night for our holiday dinner. Food is always excellent, great service. Five stars!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED - THEY WON'T MAKE A BAD SITUATION RIGHT.My family had a funeral luncheon at this party center on 7/6/19. The air conditioner was broken. The temperature outside was 85 degrees and the temperature inside the facility was 80 degrees. The facility had NO backup plan. We had to go home and retrieve 6 fans and bring them back to the hall. While this helped to move the stagnant air around, my 50 guests were uncomfortable.At the end of the luncheon, I asked to have a discussion about this situation to recoup some of the cost for our inconvenience and was told to call the owner of the facility. Needless to say, I called the number 3 times and no one has returned my call. The facility was prompt to return calls to get the business booked, but they do an awful job of making bad situations right.If you are responsible for planning an event at this facility, make sure the air conditioner/heating system is properly working. And get the terms in writing if something goes wrong. Better yet, find another facility to host your event.

Just a recommendation here- I just threw a rehearsal dinner for my son and his new bride in Catawba Island in Port Clinton this weekend. I used Angie’s Rib Wagon which is part of Catered Elegance in Oakwood Village and they were FABULOUS! They roasted an entire pig, grilled chicken, served scalloped potatoes, baked beans, and cornbread stuffing! Their pricing was spot on with incredible service! I know there a quite a few local caterers that do an amazing job here, but asking someone to deliver a superior product over 100 miles away is asking a lot! They came thru with flying colors!
