Was good when it first opened under the new owner. Now, not good. Meat is improperly prepared. Wife is Brazilian, so my family knows good churassco. This is not. Sorry.

Went here for New Year's Eve with 2 other couple (6 total, not a huge table) and had a terrible experience. First off it took 15 minutes before anyone even came over for our drink orders. The salad bar was absolutely terrible in the sense that nothing and I mean NOTHING was kept stocked. If you wanted something you had to scrape the bottom of a pan or take the last of the dish and at that point it was cold and disgusting. The meats were just alright, nothing had me wanting to get more than one piece of the same meat. I went to Brasa before this place took over and it was night and day to the service and food. Not only did eating here ruin our night but also our new year. We had to go to jimmy johns across the street after we had left and had a 10x better meal there. STAY AWAY not worth the money!!! Oh yeah and the waiter took my check that included a cash tip of 18%(extremely generous for the service provided) and wrote himself in an extra 20% tip and now they refuse to get back to me after my wife had sent them an email and I have been calling for days. I'll give this place 1 more month before they shut down

I was expecting a reservation was necessary but after walking in on a Sunday evening we saw that a reservation was not needed. There was plenty of seating and zero wait! We were instantly sat at our table and were greeted with rice, black beans, fried plantain and a vinaigrette. I got the salad bar with the endless meat options and loved every bit of it. The salad bar was fresh with different salads, shrimp, crab legs, meats and cheeses and a mix of pastas. Once the meat rotation started I didn't leave the table. There was a rotation of about 10 different meats that came by ever few minutes. The waiting staff were all very polite and helpful with giving information about each meat option. The meal was a little on the pricey side but it was well worth it to try out once.

Literally writing this review while waiting for more meat right now. I have been sitting here for an hour and a half, party of 2, and we have literally been offered about 5 different varieties of meat, from the 15 that they have listed. We've requested different ones and have been told twice now "that they just put it in and it will be 10 more minutes." We're still waiting on it, 30 minutes later. While the meat is good, it is simply not worth the time. I will not be returning here. Still waiting on more meat.

Beautiful salad bar, you can definitely make a meal at the salad bar alone. For another $20 you get access to all the meats. They are served table side, as much as you want but in small portion sizes. Salad bar was fresh and included sushimi, shrimp and crab legs such with an array of salad others and a seafood pasta. Recommended.

This place is basically a lesser quality Brasa. Nice wait staff, but just couldn't get it going. They came around a bunch in beginning, and then disappeared for too long. The salad bar was good, but when it came time for the meats, it was slow and the meats were underwhelming. They were either too rare, or too well done which makes it feel like they just weren't prepared for the evening. Maybe just my experience, but if not, don't know how long this place will be in business if the place before didn't last.
Cello’s was an amazing experience. The food was plentiful and delicious. The service was kind and attentive, top notch. Everything was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Cello’s for dinner in Cleveland.

The meats here are cooked to perfection. Not overly done and dry. Upscale atmosphere. Definitely get the picaña (bottom sirloin)
