The Staff is helpful pleasant and engaging. They have alot of jobs besides check out. Some of your check out staff are very engaging others should not work the register at all .

Went to see Monique for my Aunt's Birthday and decided to check this place out because it was near our hotel. The food was Awesome. Seems to be a popular place.I recommend the owners hire more efficient individuals who are experienced in hosting and serving. The ambience is world class but the service needs upgrading

I really enjoy the food from this eatery, but the service lately has been subpar at best. I've ordered via Uber Eats and Door Dash thrice, only for my orders to be cancelled without an explanation. No call from the courier, etc. Recently, I placed an order that I waited over an hour for. The app said my order was processed and being prepared, I was charged, and then eventually, the dasher was on their way to pick up the order, then abruptly, the order was cancelled. I tried to call CC&W to no avail. Although the food is delicious, I will never order from them again due to their poor service.

Good food. Good service. Bit pricey but food was real good quality. Had to wait awhile when I got there and restaurant was mostly empty. Also they used styrofoam takeout boxes and not biodegradeable paper takeout boxes.
I had lunch there today! The bartender/server was amazing, very polite and pretty! I wish I knew her name. The food was super fresh cooks did a great job! My girlfriend ordered cat fish and waffles and I ordered j*** chicken, mac and greens 100% good soulfood will be back! Oh make sure you try the electric blue drink!

Great experience. We did a carryout order and placed our complicated order over the phone. When we arrived, we were greeted at the door by an employee, then again at the counter then later by a third employee walking nearby. Our food order was precise and our food was delicious. We ordered a few soul food specials. The catfish was tasty and the fried chicken was enjoyed by my party as well. The mac and cheese was good, but needed a little salt and pepper which is fine. I enjoyed the greens, but the yams were a little too sweet for my liking. All in all, this was a great experience. I would give them a 5, and just not get yams next time. Great ambience and great measures taken for social distance and sanitation, which is important also.

I'm sorry to write this , But I'm just a delivery driver and my customer had to wait more than an hour possibly and I had to wait 50 minutes while being ignored when I asked for updates on my food . I understand Covid 19 and protest have had major impacts on society and business but this was ridiculous and this place made me feel like garbage and like I was some joke to them. Like I'm trying to hustle to keep up with things too and this incident set me back and ended my day short.
