This is the first Chik filet ever to NOT give us sauce with our chicken. Not a single pack for 2 orders of tenders. No napkins. They gave us a spoon and crackers for the soup which was great. A straw. We had been driving 12 hrs and we're starving and ate back at the hotel. The orginal sauce is our favorite. It's the little things that matter. Not up-to-par for Chik filets in other states. Also, it was very hard to hear what the person was saying who took our order. We were there last night at 7:30pm.

Ignore the line and order on the computer kiosk. Then wait for them to call your name and rush out with timely made food. No matter how busy, they maintain a level of excellence.

It's Chick Fil A. What else would I expect? Yes, it's in the airport. Yes, it's busy. I still got my food in less than 5 minutes from ordering on the kiosk.

Service was average, nothing comparable to your normal chick fil an experience in terms of friendliness. What I felt was odd and honestly disappointing was their restricted menu. They sell regular and spicy chicken sandwiches, meaning they have both spicy and regular breaded filets, however you cannot order a southwest salad with anything but the regular grilled cold spicy chicken. When I asked I was simply told "we can't modify that item". I get trying to be efficient by trying to keep a limited menu but there's really no reason not to allow substitutions like this for a salad, you're already making the filets anyways and if it takes extra time well that's on the customer so as long as it's mentioned I don't see a reason this can't be changed.

I got food poising yesterday got sick asap after eatting here my bacon was pink n white which clearly means food was undercooked my biscuit was hard my tatter tots were brown almost burnt like most no time to go back on top it called the mgr today and left my name and am awaiting a call back so stay tuned for

Don’t get me wrong I love chick-fil-a, but this particular location does not share the same hospitality you get from any other location. The employees seem to not care about the customers and the quality of the food . I hope they receive better

Aug 3, I phoned in a catering order and explained that I wanted to pay with A gift card. "Harmony" said No Problem, just tell us when you get here. I did however have to give my credit card info to place the order.I also requested plates, service ware, and chose Chick fil A sauce. Upon arrival, I told a young lady at the register who I was, why I was there, that I intended to pay for my order with the gift card I had in my hand.She walked away and notified the manager. The manager handed me the bag with my food. I told her I was going to pay with the gift card. She looked blankly at me and she only offered to refund my credit card. No apology, almost curt. Then when I asked for the service ware and sauce I requested, she ask who I spoke to because nothing I had said was noted anywhere. I told her "Harmony" to which she replied, "that explains it". The manager showed absolutely no interest in me or my situation and spoke so poorly if her staff. I will not return to this location and will likely give the gift cards to someone as a gift.
