It’s your standard fast food place on a college campus. The self service kiosk are nice and take the hassle away of people talking and taking forever to order (still people take a long time to order even tho it’s literally nuggets, fries, sandwhiches). The call out order operation is nice and it makes getting your order for what you ordered an effective way of eliminating confusion and getting orders correct. The food is standard chick fil a quality and friendly workers. Areas to eat if you want to eat in the chick fil a food court area is lacking in sanitation and cleaning. There are plenty of other areas to eat at throughout campus however I do think this should be addressed by whoever the supervisor is at this stand. I am an Aramark employee so I know how to run operations and this could be solved very quickly.
Been here multiple times at different times of the day since this location has recently opened. Employees are incredibly rude. The tables are always gross and never cleaned. Our orders take a long time to be completed and most of the time we are missing items. Which I'm not even sure how that's possible since everyone puts their orders through the self service kiosks... Half of the instances I've been here the credit card machine doesn't work and the staff puts no indication of the issue. Very disappointed since it's been so long of a wait for this location to open.
