They ALWAYS serve flat soda, and I have no idea how that is possible. You will also wait an excessive amount of time for cold fries that will only be half filled.

As a CSU student, I go to this Chick-Fil-A a lot. I try to stop by here when I don’t have enough time to sit down at the dining hall. I want to grab just a quick Cobb Salad and head to class. Seems like a reasonable request right? This place doesn’t think so.

EVERY time I’ve been here, I have waited at LEAST 20 minutes for my order. I went there today and waited a whopping FORTY MINUTES for a single Cobb salad. As someone who has worked at a Chick-fil-A for 4 years, I know that Cobb salad’s are pre made besides the chicken that they serve hot on top. There is no reason for this to take 40 minutes, because even if they had no nuggets, they take 5-7 minutes tops to make.

And you may be thinking that they are understaffed, but you would be wrong. There always seems to be more people behind the counter than there are at a regular Chick-Fil-A, and most of them are just standing around and watching your food get cold on the counter because nobody wants to run it out.

If there was another fast food place I could use dining dollars on, I would go there and never look back. This place sucks. If you aren’t a student with dining dollars, don’t waste your money when you can go to a restaurant and wait the same amount of time, but your food will be fresh.

I go to this chick-fil-a a lot as it is one of the only places I can spend dining dollars from CSU. I am constantly having to wait upwards of 20-30 minutes for a simple sandwich, nothing else in my order. I know they're busy because it's on a college campus, but there's always at least 4-5 FOH workers and 6-7 BOH workers. They should be more than capable of handling a rush, especially when this Chick-fil-A should expect it by now. A lot of them are just standing around and watching the food get cold because no one wants to run it except for one nice lady.

This is the worst service CFA that I have ever been to. They make you use the kiosk and you can only order how it comes on the menu. Breakfast you can't get nuggets. So I had to order the mini biscuits, the biscuits were not cooked. All I wanted was nuggets but I had to get them with biscuits because it was Breakfast.

Slow, too many people behind the counter. Ordered at the register and still had a key in everything ala cart system. I could use the self kinds. Also, I did not receive my total order. The downtown location closes at 2pm. I was on my lunch break and work a remote work schedule. I am not due back downtown until August 26th. I cannot locate a contact number to complain to request a refund or to have my order complete.

Customer service is not alive and well.
The customer is not always right as thought in the past.
I believe that the generation that is now the work force has been shortchanged by technology.
A smile , knowing how to talk to customers and how they should respond is not taught in this or any other restaurant chain, it should be!!

Fries are not fried properly. Instead of Strawberry Shake, they gave mevanilla Shake which I didn’t like it. The staff are not polite which i didn't like it. They are not listening what the customer ask, everytime they keep on chit chatting with each other. I don't like a front end staff member where girls and few boys in front end are speaking very rude with customers and they are chit chatting every time. And I hate this Chick-fil-A Location and management. Other locations are even better than this Location.

Less than half the menu of a regular location. Can only order through kiosks, makes you piece meal every meal with add-ons. Food is not as good. Does not use the regular app. Not impressed. The General Manager seems nice though.
