Slow, too many people behind the counter. Ordered at the register and still had a key in everything ala cart system. I could use the self kinds. Also, I did not receive my total order. The downtown location closes at 2pm. I was on my lunch break and work a remote work schedule. I am not due back downtown until August 26th. I cannot locate a contact number to complain to request a refund or to have my order complete.
Customer service is not alive and well.
The customer is not always right as thought in the past.
I believe that the generation that is now the work force has been shortchanged by technology.
A smile , knowing how to talk to customers and how they should respond is not taught in this or any other restaurant chain, it should be!!

Chic Fil A is probably the top of the line fast food restaurants that I have ever been to. Not only is the food good but you get it in a timely manner. Thank you for upholding your integrity of your professional service.
