Unfortunately went here for supper (haven't been able to visit in over a year from last time) and rice was soggy and also parts undercooked. Was missing egg roll, the fried snack sticks tasted old/stale, beef lo mein was soupy and noodles mushy, sesame chicken had maybe 15 sesame seeds on it (now that's being picky, but true)... Well, you get the picture, it was disappointing. We figured to let the manager/owner know, because maybe they were unaware, so we called the next morning to be helpful (we were not looking for a refund or free food, I personally wouldn't want to come again after trying the food).Asked for a manager over phone and spoke to a woman and let her know what happened. 1st thing she said was, "why didn't you call us yesterday, now it's too late and we are not going to do anything", I replied, "that's unfortunate to hear, because we weren't calling in to get free food or a refund, we were just letting someone know so they could be aware and get a sympathetic ear". They responded by saying, " well, no one has ever complained about our fried rice. " After hearing we were not going to get a sympathetic ear, I closed the conversation.Disappointed.Maybe they get complaints all the time (whether true or untrue), so they have instinctively turned on self defense mode. I'm not sure, but we are not returning here.

I’ve ordered takeout from this place several times in the past, and got to expect the portion size of my meals. Yesterday I ordered my usual. Now, you are getting half the portion of what you used to get for the same price. When I called to complain the lady yelled at me that it was the same amount of chicken, which it clearly was not. Don’t appreciate being cheated like this, then yelled at for saying something about it. They are robbing their customers. Never again.

This place now gives you half the portion size for the same price; using different size containers that hold smaller portions. Called to complain and the lady yelled at me saying "it's the same amount of chicken". I guess they think their customers are stupid. Last time for me.

Pork fried rice has barely any pork in it at all . More like a couple flakes of pork here and there. There was literally nothing else in it . Eggrolls we just about empty . Been to quite a few Chinese restaurants. This was not the worst tasting but definitely feel ripped off . Will not be ordering from here again .

Absolutely one of the BEST small businesses I've ever had food from! Every time I call and order to go the staff is very friendly and helpful. My orders are always consistent in taste and accuracy! By far one of the best places to get food from around here!! I always recommend them, you won't be disappointed! (Try not to order through Doordash, our recent order was completely wrong due to our driver giving us the wrong order. China Bay even remade our order free of charge even though it was a little after hours!)

Went here for a door dash. The owner was ignoring me and cooking rice. Then she starts digging in her NOSE AND STILL COOKING TOUCHING EVERYTHING. She comes up to me yelling Whats your order. I tell her to wash her hands Now before handing me my order. She throws hand sanitizer on her hands then throws the bag at me. I had to throw hand sanitizer all over me and the bag. Very nasty and WILL NEVER COME BACK DISGUSTED AND YALL SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN

I was there earlier today for my girl and I. I ordered "bourbon chicken combo" with fried rice, and an egg roll. I got home. We started eating the food. Found multiple pieces of hair within the meat/chicken. I took it back. Asked for a refund, and only got part of my refund not on my card which I used at the time of purchasing, but part of the money back in cash bc my girl took a bite out of the egg roll...he seemed upset at me also which really frustrated me, but I kept my feelings to myself. Just letting everyone know how my experience was. I will not be back..

I've been coming to this place for a FAT minute, right? Went for lunch today for the first time and was honestly slightly disappointed. Chicken was overcooked and the wonton soup was like warm like a mug. Everyone always complains about how quick the woman over the phone hangs up on you after you say that's it, but lowkey idk I think it's hilarious that's just how they are lmao. The food USUALLY is always really good and the value is also spot on. This is a staple Chinese restaurant in the Cleveland area for me and always will be.

Ok, nothing to brag about. The beef with peppers and onions with rice was good, however, the Crab Rangoon was disgusting! I threw it away, and the chicken teriyaki was tiny chunks of chicken with no sauce and diced onions and peppers. Nothing like their picture. It came with pork "fried" rice that was steamed yellow rice with nothing in it. No pork or any sign of vegetables. I was very disappointed. The only reason I gave 2 stars was the beef dish and plain rice. They also sent 2 fortune cookies, however one was empty- just a bag of air.

The food was delivered hot and fast! My reason for three stars was quality of food some of it was really good and some of it was a pass. I ordered the pu pu platter the egg roll not sure didn't even try it, crab Rangoon was filled and pretty good, chicken wing didn't look appealing, shrimp puff was all puff with a tiny piece of shrimp in it, didn't try the chicken nugget (found it strange to be in a Chinese food plate) the rib was an actual huge rib and it was really good. Won ton soup was good flavor wise but the skins are way too thick almost like pot sticker skins, they were stuffed tho and very large. The Mongolian beef looks good but I didn't try it. I think I'm picky cause I grew up in the Bay Area with good Chinese food. So far the stuff I've found here is mostly Americanized. I'll try it again with some other dishes since it is close to my house.

we ordered for years and everything was fine until it wasnt. a few months ago the lady took the order and we were missing something so we called back and that same lady called my wife a liar because we wanted free food.we called months later which was yesterday, this crazy lady did it again and she swore it was our fault. by the way everytime we order we are rushed off the phone that tells me shes not paying attention. if you read this and youre the owner you just lost my buisines I will not go back after this.

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! It was simple. I ordered pork fried rice and they sent me the wrong rice! They refused to send me the correct rice and we’re ignorant and rude!!! I get so sick and tired of people on the other side of the phone talking like they’re real men when there really a bunch of cowards. What a restaurant can’t correct the problems they deserve nobody’s business

Prices are super reasonable here while the portions are generous. Note: I ordered via Doordash a couple of months ago, so the prices I've listed may have gone up since. A pu pu platter ($7.50), for example, was an inexpensive way to sample a lot of appetizers at once without going all in for any single one - whether two spring rolls, two crab rangoons, two chicken wings, two fried jumbo shrimps, two chicken nuggets, two spare ribs, and two chicken sticks. A lot of decent food for a very reasonable price. Similarly, entrees like the sweet & sour chicken ($6.50) and beef with snow peas ($7.50) were perfectly portioned given the low prices, and held up well in the fridge for multiple meals - precisely why I ordered so much in the first place. The house special mei fun ($11.25) was also a large helping and was very satisfying in the way a thin rice noodle dish topped with goodies ought to be. Even if perhaps 3.5 star-ish, it was all dependable and inexpensive enough that I'm more than happy to round things up to 4 stars. Plus a large enough menu that I wouldn't mind trying them again for other menu items.
