I went there today, the Lady who took my order was smart mouthed & not customer friendly. Ordered Shrimp Fried Rice, they fried the rice, and just threw raw shrimp on top of it. I have never seen a container so small, but was charged 12 dollars for this combo. No free egg roll or drink. When you ask questions, they act like your bothering them. 3.50 for a 1 Liter of pop. It's outrageous how their getting over on people. I will never eat here again. I'll stick to Restaurants on the Westside where they know how to treat & accommodate you, this was horrible.

Huge portions good price. The lady was super nice and called when it was ready. She said she called to make sure we were gonna pick it up while it’s still hot. Flavor is good. We also got the egg roll which was good.

If I could give zero stars I would. I originally had a wonderful experience with this restaurant located on Buckeye Road 44104 Cleveland Ohio, but last night when I went to place an order, my credit card was charged twice, 1st transaction cleared, second was declined after employee asked for my card info again. I used a pre pay cash app card. She told me my card was declined and that my order would not be delivered. I thought maybe there was a problem on my end so I checked my transaction history and it clearly showed me being charged the full amount for my order as well as a second transaction that was declined for the same amount. I called back and tried to clarify things and make sure I was getting my food, they then told me through multiple employees and 2 managers that I would not be receiving my food or a refund. They said I needed to take it up with my card company. I tried to explain to them that I could screenshot them that I was charged or show the driver apon delivery of my order and they continued to claim that my card was declined and they had no record of a sale. I called back again today and once again got the run around and the manager took my number and said I'll call you back. That was 6 hours ago. Mind you I placed the order at 7:15 last night and it's now the next day at 8:30 pm and I am still waiting for some type of resolution. The customer service to try and resolve this matter was horrible and still is. I'm out almost 35$ currently. And to them it may be funny to rip people off occasionally and think they can get away with it, but to those who have to go out and earn it, and have kids and families to support, it's not funny at all. Buyers be ware. If you do order from them use cash. The food was great the first few times I used them however the customer service this time around was horrible and I was charged and received no food !!! # Bummer ??

I always eat here on Buckeye rd if I eat Chinese, The portions have become smaller I get it inflation, food quality mostly good however today when I ordered I found myself haggling over sauce that usually comes with the same thing I always order, on hold for 15 minutes for them to tell me there is an extra charge for duck sauce and hot mustard like come on these items go with the meal. Understood if I want extra. Gonna have to find a place that can afford to supply condiments.smh got the food and was shocked they have made portions even smaller shrimp eggroll for 1 order is 2 I only got 1 with 1 shrimp in it and it was small like a spring roll food was just ok not worth $30 I bout 2 dinners they came in lunch containers. Just sad!!
Vegetarian options: Noodles and or rice without meat bit u will have to pay for the sauce.

This place is the closest Authentic Chinese Restaurant in my neighborhood most went out of business ….. I’ve only been 2 times now & love their menu! …. The food is so fresh & they cook it to the perfect spice level !
Crab Rangoon is amazing! …. Best I ever had!

I would not recommend the bourbon chicken. The flavor was strange, there isn't enough sauce and some portions of the fried rice tasted chemically. Speaking of, the fried rice includes peas and carrots, which just happen to be 2 of my most hated vegetables. But you may enjoy them. I would prefer bean sprouts and eggs...and flavor. Hardly any soy sauce or butter was used. No fortune cookie.
