This place is horrible. I ordered BONELESS SOARE RIBS I GOT BONE IN RIBS!!! They stains my fingers fingers!!!! When I called I had to repeat my order 5 times and then when I got there I had to wait for my order as they said on 15 min mind you it took me almost 25 min to get there! I asked them is the boneless spare ribs where in there and the guy shoved his whole hand in there and said they are right there messing everything up in the bag after I asked for extra duck sauce. Being EXTREMELY IGNORANT!!! When I got there looks to be a 15 year old behind the counter taking money and answering phone calls!!!! Will be reporting this if I don’t get some kind of compensation or something for this order. This is ridiculous and unacceptable

The cashier was rude when I ordered the food on the phone and full of attitude when I picked it up. The food was all mixed up and gravy was everywhere with the soy sauce packets mixed in. Totally disgusting 🤢 On Monday November 18 2024

Worst restaurant ever! Worst customer service ever! I called to place an order at 12:34. I went to go get it, walking into the restaurant at 1:07. The workers were leaning on the counter and on their phones. When I get there not only is my food not ready they tell it it’s going to be one minute. I’m a teacher and this is my lunch break and I don’t have time to waste.
