Worst restaurant ever! Worst customer service ever! I called to place an order at 12:34. I went to go get it, walking into the restaurant at 1:07. The workers were leaning on the counter and on their phones. When I get there not only is my food not ready they tell it it’s going to be one minute. I’m a teacher and this is my lunch break and I don’t have time to waste.

I am extremely disappointed I went to this place today and the employee was very rude when I first walked in. I’m likely to never go again. This man grew extremely irritated at me for asking a question about the menu because I couldn’t understand what he was saying. I ended up telling him never mind and have a good night and his exact words were “go! Leave . Get out! Bye!”. I didn’t argue or give any issue I just left.

Usually I don’t have an issue here but today I placed an order for 2 egg rolls and fried wontons, I quickly realized that was a mistake and I called back 2 minutes later and asked to change that to crab Rangoon.. when I arrive the price seemed higher then usual I was asking about it before he slid my card but he was so irritated for no reason he charged me any way and immediately began to yell at me because he knew he was wrong!! although I’m still calm just trying to figure out the issue he’s yelling and saying no refunds and I’m still confused and not upset at all still simply asking what I paid for, he tells me then I allow him to know I re verified the order and he said he had it right.. he throws my food at me so I throw back his tip jar he comes around the corner swinging it was all ridiculous I have never been treated so terribly!! Then his family didn’t even understand what was happening so they assumed I was in the wrong when I never escalated the situation until he threw my food at me ??? they have had my family and I business for years, NEVER AGAIN . U will be assaulted for telling them they over charged u. Like you gave me meat sir, IM A VEGETARIAN ???? OTHER CUSTOMERS WITNESSED IT ALL AND LEFT DUE TO HOW HE TREATED ME!
