After them messing up my order I called and he said he was sorry but nothing they could do about it his was why order what I did if I wanted the sauce on the side and they didn't read the special instructions because they were busy .poor customer service when I only asked for half of the meal price because one kid can eat and one can't. Been loyal to them for years but can't respect a business that makes a mistake and tells you to just suck it up..

Spent $53 for the food to be tossed in the trash. Everything tasted old smh! The shrimp fried rice was hard and barely any shrimp. The egg foo young same thing, no shrimp and gravy spilled out in the bag. Ham fried rice barely had ham and the rice was hard. Egg rolls fried to the point you’d lose a tooth. I should’ve just ordered the beef on a stick and called it a day. I’ll be going to China Dragon at Severance from now on!! The quality of their food has gone way down!

The Cantonese chicken wings were not cooked all the way through and had feathers!!!! The chicken teriyaki was very salty and no sweetness as it should. Also it has no vegetables as it said, only bean sprouts. The egg roll was soggy.

Only ate here once 5 years ago and the experience was enough to be done.
She didn’t even listen to me. I paid $20 for a medium fried rice and a combination chicken teriyaki. It was 12 pieces of teriyaki chicken. It was like cabbage my lo mein noodles had no vegetables they barely had any sauce if you see those young people work turn around do not pass go do not collect $200. It is a waste of money.
