Ordered my food online they didn't even understand how ordering online goals then was very rude and hung up on me several times because they couldn't figure it out. Order four teriyaki beef got three then when I called to complain the people got smart and hung up on me twice. very rude will never get business from me and my family again and I've been going there for years. Must be new owners because they are on trash and unprofessional. That location needs to close down if they don't know how to treat people in this community. I traveled cross town for garbage and a ripoff

This food will get you high. Food is not greasy, dumplings are properly cooked, and rice is great. Best time to go is when they're busy -- this place operates like a factory. I've been to every other Chinese place around the east side and for fast food takeout this is the best for the price. -- PaulEDIT: They've lost their game in 2023. I've been eating here for over a decade (four stars) and now their food is just... Bad. Tried keeping my hopes up by going thrice to verify the suckage. Anything fried tastes like its been cooked in McDonald's old oil and I don't even know what to say about chicken subgum soup without any chicken.

NEVER EAT HERE - This place gave me food poisoning, and after asking for a refund, they asked for "proof" - whatever that means, and refused to give me any sort of compensation for their lack of food safety standards. Here's a picture of my vomit for proof, pos.

This place has went down drastically. They are using cheap deli ham in the ham fried rice. The shrimp are overcooked. They are using cheap containers Lying to ppl saying they are giving more portions but actually are cheating ppl. Very disappointing. I have to find another go to spot.or maybe just dnt eat Chinese food anymore.
