Worker at Chipotle was brand new wouldn’t listen to what I was order and confused on how to make it. Manager not helping. Got charged for extra l cause worker didn’t understand my order. Food was sparse and rice was terrible. Disappointing.

as a former chipotle worker it does pain me a bit to see how this location operates.
management generally knows what they’re doing but when you go in you observe countless food safety violations and the staff there doesn’t normally appear on the same page. too much standing around or not offering to help when line gets jammed
i think given i’ve seen this chipotle operate similarly for about 4 years now, it doesn’t really seem to be getting much better
i think the issue lies with the restrauntor, as this appears to be a broader cleveland issue than just this location. this chipotle really could perform so much better and it’s a shame that nobody really tries to care to improve
i am very laid back comparatively to others and if i just get my chipotle relatively easily thats fine for me but im sure the health inspection days are nightmares and if one was ever undercover it would be very bad

My boyfriend and i had to call off work, we both have severe food poisoning from this place. When i told my boss about it she said she completely understands because the same thing happened to her a few MONTHS ago at the same location. This place is vial and is always dirty. Find any other chipotle to go to.

Hands down best chipotle in town all the staff was so friendly very welcoming and courteous the food was all fresh delicious and at the perfect temperature it was super clean inside too the line moved fast too great teamwork oh and the Young lady at the register Bree was so so sweet thanked me for visiting today told me to have an awesome day she was so friendly and very polite EXCELLENT customer service from her highly recommend this location ignore them other reviews
