Always out of everything

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever seen. I ordered a Veggie Bowl without black beans and had almost no fajitas. Most of the items were out. They need to improve the food quality. Think before you go there!

There is a running gag in my office about how poorly run this chipotle is. No matter when you come in they will be out of the majority of ingredients. Staff works with no urgency and always has poor customer service. Out of all lunch spots in the area this location is at the bottom of the list. Really surprised management has not changed due to how consistently bad this place is.

Terrible parking, waited 30 minutes on my takeout for this "well put together" burrito, which of course was cold when I got it. Terrible service, workers seemed bothered that I even walked into the place. There wasn't a single person in there, but I still waited 30 minutes for my takeout order. Just like all the other bad reviews on here, just go somewhere else, anywhere else at that.

I’ve never had such a frustrating experience at a Chipotle until now. I went in on my lunch break, and there was catering stuff everywhere. They told us they were behind on multiple catering orders and would start taking dine-in orders in 10 minutes (this was at 11:20am). Fine, no big deal, I thought.

10 minutes go by, and nothing happens. Then they tell us, “Just a few more minutes.” At this point, it’s 11:45am, and still no word on when we can order. I finally ask what’s going on, and they tell me they weren’t taking dine-in orders at all. If I wanted food, I’d have to place an online order.

On top of this, whenever I’ve placed an online order at this location, they’ve always ruined it in some way—missing ingredients, wrong items, or food that’s cold. It’s honestly become a joke at this point. So why would I even risk the chance.

This place has always found a way to ruin my Chipotle experience, but this was the final straw. I sacrificed my lunch break and wasted precious time because I was told repeatedly that I’d be able to order soon. I really think they need new management—this level of poor communication and lack of respect for customers is unacceptable. So disappointing.

It’s like the workers get mad when you walk in and they give you a evil look. They make it uncomfortable to order food.

It is 13 degrees outside, I just got off of the bus, I ride 3 busses to work, I came into cChipotle and asked to use the restroom, because I had to really go. Everyone that works here this morning told me that I had to wait until 11AM, when they open, to go to the restroom. If I had known the bathroom was near the entrance and was unlocked, I would have went instead of holding it for 10 minutes. They are all rude. I will never come here to eat, nor at any other location either.

This location is so poorly ran! The last time I went they didn’t have white rice, fajitas or medium salsa. You can walk inside when there’s no line and the employees still won’t show any urgency to get your order started. Very unprofessional.. and to anyone thinking about ordering pick-up or delivery from here, just save your money and time.

I was not successful at actually getting food here on Saturday, and neither were the 3 other people who waited in line for around 5 minutes. A guy was scraping the grill ignoring us while a woman made online orders, also ignoring us. A guy finally came out from the back and refused to take our order and told is to order online. But if a "restaurant" treats their customers this way, that's a red flag and i didn't feel comfortable eating here after that. Why are some Chipotles terrible like this one but others are great? Chipotle really needs to fix their underperforming locations.

There’s absolutely no reason that 3 employees should be working with big ssa Dre Beat headphones over their hats.. that’s actually insane. Very slow service at this location, regardless of what time you go in there. Never have Fajitas prepared for customers and the counter they make the food on is typically a mess. I go here as a last resort because I live close by, but Management clearly need to revamp the work environment.

Worst Chipotle I've ever been in. The place was wrecked. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. They were out of things (like napkins) and the staff were just clowning around. Cheese up in the lettuce. Half hour wait on brown rice. Is the manager dead or just sleeping?

My experience with this location delivery has been exceedingly disappointing. Each time I place an order, there is invariably an item missing. On one occasion, I received chicken in my meal despite having ordered a vegetarian option. Most recently, on December 27, 2024, I ordered both an adult meal and a children's meal, but the salad that was supposed to accompany the children's meal was not included.
