They were out of rice, steak, guacamole and tomatoes. They only were taking card. The restaurant was filthy, with most chairs still set leaning against their lettuce and cheese coated tables as if the restaurant was closed. Most of the employees were standing around talking, and only one was working in the kitchen, slowly cooking and cutting to try and restock. Needless to say, he couldn't keep up.

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Probably the worst in the state of Ohio. Always out of ingredients. The store is always dirty. The staff is always unprofessional and unfriendly. The culture of the place seems like nobody cares about what they’re doing there, and like nobody wants to be there. Terrible experience, terrible management, terrible atmosphere, and I wasn’t able to get what I actually wanted. If I could give zero stars, I would.Vegetarian options: They are always out of something. Do not go to this chipotle. It is the worst!

You might have heard of salted caramel ice cream, but this place specializes in salted vinegar food. So heavy on salt and vinegar that everything in the burrito bowl tastes like it. You would think there were recipes provided that the employees would follow. I guess not. Stay away from this place.

Busy night. The staff were pleasant, but they might have been a little understaffed - they had run out of napkins and ice, and since our line was long I opted for a mobile order while my wife and daughter just went for standing in line. For me (tired, hungry), the atmosphere was loud and overwhelming, but my family enjoyed the music and danced a little in line. My order was built a touch faster than my family, but they hadn’t put it out on the mobile order shelf so I lost the race.

I ate here on my lunch break on Tuesday. Service was quick and it wasn't crowded. People were consistently entering and/or picking up their online orders. Food was great.Parking: Free parking but a little tight and pretty busy.

Staff is lazy and dirty.This location is a joke. All the staff moves very slow, very forgetful.. is everyone high?The place isn't busy at all. It's almost empty, but everything is dirty, I second guess everything I touch. Trash cans are overfilled. They were out of chicken and white rice, probably because they were too lazy to prep it. The people serving the line had no efficiency to their workexceptt one person. The cashier was leaning and not paying attention, just scrolling on her phone. After she handed me my receipt rang me out she just immediately went back to looking at her phone. Did give not me a platter or my food. They should be fired.
