Everything was fresh.
Clean work station. They were very attentive as I prepared my tortilla bowl, they put the right amount of every requested item in.

My stomach was upset within 3 hours of eating this food, but overall the taste was pretty good and the chicken bowl filled me up pretty well. 3 1/2 stars overall.

Had to wait over an hour for them to make my DoorDash order and they still made it incorrectly. This is typical of this location; they are always missing ingredients, skimp out of portion sizes, and take 30+ minutes to make orders even when it’s not busy and they are fully staffed.

Why are we pretending like the service is good. It’s slow and sloppy I’ve been waiting for my order for 30 minutes now….
This place is absolutely terrible! From the service to the food. Ordered food and the entire order was wrong. Receipt was stapled to the bag and when I showed it to them , they gave me an attitude when clearly they messed up. When I asked to speak to someone the person said " Next" absolutely unbelievable!

Truly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I placed an online order to be picked up at 9:30. The doors were locked half an hour before the store closed, the store was completely trashed, and the were out of fajita veggies, black beans, cheese, and all rice. I was not approached by anyone for 15 minutes until I was told I would not be receiving my order due to a lack of ingredients. Do yourself a favor and don’t shop here. This manger needs to be fired and the staff needs to be properly trained. So disappointed in Chipotle today.

Absolutely horrendous. The staff literally yelled at me when I told them that they didn’t put chicken on my quesadilla. In shock, I have been to so many chipotles and this is the worst one I’ve ever been to. If you made a mistake just fix it. It’s not a big deal.
I ordered thru Doordash and l asked and paid for extra chicken that l didn't receive. Using delivery costs more which I'm aware of but stiffing your customers with food is unacceptable. I paid apprx an extra $5 for it. This is my last time using your restaurant.

Good be cool most of the time but the chipotle lane experience is TRASH…… 20 minutes + for orders you don’t even have to take just hand out … pre paid for ….. is crazy work. Might come here after every order …. But as of 1/26/25 yall not doing too hot.
They should put a sign on the door if they’re online only. I don’t live over here so i wasted 25 mins coming here. I feel like for there inconvenience the people that already came in should just be able to order!!

I've been to this Chipolte location a dozen or more times, and when ordering on the app, there is usually no issue. Even when there is, when you tell your app they will fix it in some way- as long as it's a real problem and not some frequent thing you do. But the service and management of this place is bad...not as bad as the location on 222nd..where they can't figure out how to use a digital gift card (so if you have one, order in your app)- but once, when management was chastising an employee for taking too long to ring me up and I pointed out it was my fault- I got chastised by management too and it's like....are you kidding me? Plus the manager was like half my age and I'm the customer....while you'll get your food here, it's just not the kind of atmosphere I like to promote any longer...not until there is better management of the store and employees who can at least act like they want to do a good job.. not that they're just here- and annoyed you are. I wanted to apologize to the manager for wanting to eat- but anymore, I'm just getting too old to want to put up with service like this any longer and don't diversify what I eat so much anymore- sticking to the places that give good service and thus are deserving of money.
