Was just called FAT by a line worker upon entering the establishment. I did nothing to warrant that statement towards me. I walked in and he called me “Fat Albert” while him and his male coworker stood there laughing. I did inform him that I did not want him to make my bowl and I requested another line worker. They sent a woman wearing glasses currently on shift now and she was very sweet. I informed the woman what happened and she apologized on behalf of her coworker which is something that she should have not had to do. I’m not sure what type of weird, hostile energy is in the air but that encounter was very weird, rude and uncalled for. Now, if I wanted to throw around stereotypes I could address the black male with starter locks that insulted me as a black thug that looked inebriated and high. Him being high would be the only excuse to say such a derogatory statement to a customer unwarranted. The noise I can make about his I’ll refrain but I highly recommend etiquette and customer service training for staff that will be facing the public. Very weird

They open at 1045 but will make you miss your lunch break because they'll make you stand in line until ATLEAST 1100 before they let you order - I wouldn't know when they actually started serving people because I had to leave if I wanted to eat something before having to get back to work. Absolutely ridiculous service, or the lack thereof, and the staff is generally disinterested in taking care of patrons or their store itself.

Worst chipotle ever!! The workers are young, rude, and immature as hell and half of them need to be fired! Long line was told once I reached the front that there was a 20 minute wait on chicken.... 20 minutes later told again there was another 20 minute wait for chicken as I see the lady with dreads with glasses approach all customers yelling for people who aren't wanting chicken to step forward.. The chicken gets pulled from the grill after being cut to get thrown back on grill?! Who the hell running this establishment?!? I would like for someone to contact me asap.. There are so many other chipotle facilities... This one needs to be closed down and everyone fired! Don't anyone go here go to any other chipotle but this one absolute disaster!

This place is trash. The workers are unclean, look at you like you owe THEM something, and they always are having problems with their payment system.
Just today we had to order our food online bc they were only taking cash, and the food wasnt ready when it was supposed to be... PLUS there was like 20 ppl waiting and they were waiting longerthan i was!
They didnt even call the peoples names as the food was finished either. That and my order was messed up of course.
Do yourself a favor and dont go there. its not worth it.
Every time I order ahead at this location, I end up waiting twice as long as if I had just ordered in line. Service is extremely slow and have had many negative experiences with rude employees who don’t care if you wait 25 minutes and will let food service runners go in front of you

So when you walk into a restaurant and you see employee and manager bickering and arguing and then employee walks behind the food and starts eating and not washing his hands. Then telling the manager he's not going to do what she wants him to do to curb incredibly long line. Yeah we just left the already incredibly long line after already waiting 10 minutes. I Don't eat where employees don't wash their hands and then eat over the food You're about to eat. I don't think so. Do better chipotle

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been in. 3 people up front and many more in the back and still moved so slow. The line wasn't long but still, no one was moving. I ordered online and when I walked in, there was no indication of where to go for pick up. After standing for over 15 minutes trying to get the cashier's attention, I all but stepped behind the counter just to finally get my order that's been sitting. Once home, I opened a half full bowl. There was hardly anything! It was as if they used a tea spoon to serve. The least amount of rice, beans, chicken, pico, corn, lettuce, fajita veggies. I actually couldn't even find any fajita or corn. If there's one thing I can say about this Chipotle after today - GO TO CILANTRO TAQUERIA! More menu options, authentic Mexican flavors. I've been there many times and have had nothing but great experiences AND FULL BOWLS!
