Food was good because it’s a franchise. But the environment, the customer service was terrible. 3 adolescent girls shouting to each other, laughing while had customers in line waiting. Music was playing so loud they couldn’t hear the customer’s order. Very bad experience.

There was a bit of a line. But the line moved so quickly to you weren't in line long at all. They didn't have peppers or onions. We waited about 20ish minutes for them. Which was not the mans fault who was making the food. They were extremely busy and a bit understaffed behind house. Not many tables were clean. But they employees were working as fast and efficiently as they could. The location just needs more employees. They ran out of tortillas while I was in line also. The waiters‘ attitude is so bad that they don't seem to come here to work, and hardly looks at the customers. Moreover, when the bill was paid, three or four people were talking and laughing behind the bar, making me wait for almost five minutes before someone came to help me. i experienced the worst service ever, i got there about 9:44pm 12.23.23 the people that were standing there when my grandson and i walked in the one girl said are you picking up or ordering were closed...i said to her it's 9:44 it's not 1 yet... omgosh it went left all the way from there. she continued to tell me they were close and that i had to leave i did nothing wrong but try to order my grand son bowl. then she came over there and kept asking me questions about ordering food. im standing there trying to order then she says oh you can leave, i trying to order then she pulls her shirt and say you see this im the manager...ok i just want to order him some food.. this person then came from behind the counter and stood behind me and said delete you phone, i never had a phone on me.. then she started with my grandson telling to delete the video because he was protecting me because i wasn't doing anything, I am going to contact an attorney on this matter. this so called manager was obnoxious she pulled her shirt AND SAID DO YOU SEE THIS ALL I AM LOOKING AT IS A BLACK PERSON WITH A BLACK SHIRT ON...THIS IS HORRIBLE SERVICE AND SHE SHOULD BE FIRED! THE WAYYOU DID ME YOU WILL HEAR ABOUT THIS UNTIL YOU GET FIRED!

I ordered through the app and what I got came from this location. Idk if the dasher grabbed another “Shay”s order or if this was actually my order. The name was spelled incorrectly but it got delivered and confirmed. I got two different receipts, w/ different orders, with the same name but different spelling and different phone number. If this was my order, the whole meal was completely wrong. Then the rice is undercooked. Idk why but the rice is always undercooked here that’s why I hardly come to this location.
