Visited this store this evening and the service was subpar. The staff was preparing the food on a dirty counter. The manager got an attitude when we asked her to clean it before sliding our food down. It's a shame that none of the employees took the initiative to make sure their food prep area stayed clean and sanitized. This os an easy to get your customers sick.
I am super pissed…they gave me someone else’s food like come on now ! It looks like it have been eaten.

I'm trying to be as fair as possible on stars . My experience last night was not so great at this location. Walked in to order and one member of staff was scraping a over dirty grill . The food was disorganized in the warmer with pieces of other sides in each other's pan suck as corn in sour cream etc. the food area was slightly dirty and floors behind counter were dirty with dirty piles as if it was swept up in plain view is not a good view while ordering food to eat. The staff seem friendly but the store definitely needs better management running a clean and orderly restaurant I believe. They were also out of product to order to put on or in you burrito or bowl. Hope to see a turn around .

How do you run out of tomatoes when it’s chipotle? And the place and food is unorganized and looks nasty there is other food in the sour cream

I love chipotle which is why I was excited to go to the new one built just by my house, but I don’t think I’ll be going back there again. I ordered a bowl with brown rice, chicken, pico, cheese, and sour cream. When I was given some chicken I noticed that there wasn’t much in there so I asked for a little more. The worker said sure and gave me some, the rest of the toppings were also very light besides the pico. I have had an under filled chipotle bowl before and I have never complained. I went to pay and was charged for double chicken and since it was already around 10 and I didn’t want to deal with management I didn’t say anything even though I never asked for double just a little more. I just tried my first bite of chicken and it is cold and very burnt. I have worked in fast food it isn’t hard to just give the right amount. The workers are acting like they need to ration for whatever reason. I’m very unsatisfied and I have never been so disappointed to leave a review. The bowl isn’t even filled. Just do your job people, I’m not paying full price for half a bowl of burnt chicken again. Just look at the picture, double chicken btw

2 workers making the orders had the customer service of a rock. Jillian at the register was very friendly and nice. Food was decent.

Always out of ingredients early in the day. Poor customer service. Whole restaurant is a mess. Never have napkins or forks. Small portions. Would highly advise going to another chipotle like the one in Fairview which is 1000 times better

Not even mad at y'all anymore, just disappointed. Been going to y'all maybe 5 or 6 years and something always wrong but tonight y'all literally forgot and added extra ingredients to every single item on my order, I'm going back to Moe's, they actually know how to put sour cream on a taco.

This Chipotle is a joke. Ordering any way (online, in person) is a joke. Getting the correct food is a joke. Contacting Chipotle for an issue is a joke. Third time I've risked it, last time. No hot sauce, no extra sour cream listed on that order.....

I tried to call the restaurant to avoid leaving a bad review, however could not get ahold of anyone. This is now the 3rd or 4th time I have door dashed food from this location and I order a Veggie Bowl, it arrives with meat in it. Please have staff be more careful as people who are vegetarian or vegan do not want to risk eating meat in their food. Staff need to take this seriously and be more careful. Maybe they're moving too fast. I see them rushing when I walk in and order in the restaurant and always feel rushed, so if I'm ordering on door dash not watching them, it seems they make it sloppy and don't care. I will erase this evite if someone can respond or contact me to rectify the issue. I don't want to keep sifting through rice grains to make sure I'm not accidentally eating meat.
