Ordered Uber Eats and the food was nasty and super cold. This is not a good chipotle, stay away and don’t spend your money here.

if you're open til 11 the line should be replenished til 11. And closing down should not start until you're closed! I come in at 830 and you're already announcing the 10 things you’re out of, or just not refilling when you still have 3 hours to go. The line is mostly shut down by 8! Replenish the line, you're still open!!! Or just close earlier?...

This location consistently runs out of key essential ingredients such a sour scream, corn, tomatoes, protein etc. You all know how busy you all get so why not order the correct Inventory needed. Customer are expected to pay full price instead of being compensated. The customer service is trash. I saw them charge a customer an extra for a little more lettuce yet they had no corn, tomatoes, sour cream or steak. Pathetic.

Hit and miss when you go to this location. All depends who is serving. Never consistent. Some give moderate portions then some give you next to nothing and when you ask for more they give you the look of “really”.

Visited this store this evening and the service was subpar. The staff was preparing the food on a dirty counter. The manager got an attitude when we asked her to clean it before sliding our food down. It's a shame that none of the employees took the initiative to make sure their food prep area stayed clean and sanitized. This os an easy to get your customers sick.
I am super pissed…they gave me someone else’s food like come on now ! It looks like it have been eaten.
