Always out of something. No rice at only 7:30pm. No cheese the time before when i went. Management needs to figure out how to order proper amount.

I visited this Chipotle location at 9:05 PM and noticed that the staff were already in the process of closing the restaurant, which seemed unusually early. During my visit, the cashier and the employee working the line were engaged in a conversation that appeared personal in nature. Additionally, I was concerned to hear the cashier using inappropriate language in the presence of my five-year-old child. This establishment used to be one of my favorites, but I have observed a decline in customer service quality recently. After all of the me and my family decided to leave without getting any food

It’s 9 & they saying they don’t have brisket, steak, lettuce, sour cream, or cheese been turning around customers for hours straight, but you can order online and get all of them items

Restaurant was dirty, staff was rude, Emani was my cashier and talked on her phone the entire time. She was rude and obviously unconcerned about customers.

Every time I come to this chipotle, they never have steak and I’m highly upset because it’s still early in the day so I don’t understand why they aren’t cooking anymore. One of the workers responded with they’re too lazy to cook anymore That’s the second time at this location that I’ve had this problem.

The Chipotle that is literally out of everything!!I mean why even open up if you don't have cheese to start off the day or sour cream wtf lol...cmon do better or get a better management team.
They of course were out of literally white rice and black beans, at a chipotle...
And Chipotle has them lock them bathroom with a code so a paying customer has to wait to even just wash their hands before enjoying a meal.
Corporate Chipotle needs to do better supporting their employees and stores so they can provide a quality service.

TERRIBLE!!! Drove 20 mins just to get to this location just to find out they were out of ALL meats and toppings!!!! Its supposed to close at 11pm but was out of everything by 10pm SMH waste of time and gas HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING!!!!
