Staff are awesome and friendly! Food quality a little iffy. Guac is SOOO salty? like, really really salty....? Rice is hard.

Food is simple, hearty, delicious nutritious. In a world that's trying to sell us widgets we don't need, for $digits$ we don't have, this is affordable food that meets daily caloric, and protein needs. Dining rooms are plain, and maybe even brutalistic (in the architectural sense of the term). Service is generally marginal. They should consider adding the option to tip on bills (besides just within the app). This might improve service.

The buisness says open until 11, however I went in at 10:14 and they were denying customers, saying they were closed.

I really enjoy chipotle, but I would avoid this location unless you have 30 mins you want to kill. Consistently there’s only one poor employee working the line and they’re constantly running out of items. My record wait time here is about 40 minutes waiting on a mobile order for myself.

The food is always good here but this place needs a good cleaning . From the food line to the drink station (dirty) to the nasty gross sticky floors & don’t dare go into the bathroom without a tetanus shot ..

I really love this place but today this morning’s poor hygiene standing in-line young lady is ordering food guy turns around coughed in his hand turns back around to fix her food she walks out I don’t know if it was self conscious but he should have changed his gloves .

I came in on Tuesday evening, fresh food, really nice staff. The place was really clean even though they were busy.The cashier was working especially hard, going out of her way to help everyone. Not all Chipotles are equal, Clifton and w 117th has got it going on!

This is a poorly run location. The staff routinely over fills burritos with rice leaving little room for other fillings. Then the burrito doesn’t roll up properly. I would not return to this location.
