Food is plain, chicken plain The first time the rice was bad and dry. Then went there second( thinking everyone needs a second chance) rice was still bad and The chicken taste like it don’t got no seasoning. Food tastes like no melanin person cooked it. Just nasty and tasteless waste of money. Then the server don’t listen, wanted light sour cream, but gave me extra. We’ll never go here a third time. Y’all better off going to Clifton chipotle, tastes wayyyyy better than steelyard.

Will I ordered to go so I picked it up at the window I looked and see that my sidewalk and hot salsa was there so I assumed my bowl would be okay well I got home the chips I got they were all bunched together they didn't separate them in the fryer I asked for double chicken I don't even think I got a single serving I asked for red salsa and mild salsa didn't get any salsa at all I didn't get any fajita and very little corn that's it this place sucks it's terrible down there why doesn't Chipotle audit these stores the service sucks it's so bad I don't know what to say anymore about these places they need to do something though

Service sucks EVERYONE there had attitudes throwing people's food across the counter to cashier. Crew members coming on line serving with NO GLOVES, don't know if hands were washed or not . Lady in drive thru was arguing with customers throwing bags and stormed of line throwing glove towards garbage can , cursing ..smdh The larger guy who I guess was the manager was lackadaisical about things , so much so I had to interrupted him while listening in on shift gossip just to get him to ring me out . My food was cold and thrown around , I got attitude from most of the crew who prepared my food but there were a few who was embarrassed of the out burst and apologized but the majority of the staff there didn't show leadership AT ALL .. I wonder the entire time who's the manager but nobody tried to put an end to the madness and chaos.. I've only been ther twice and both times I wasn't impressed but this time was a deal breaker for me . I won't be back there again. And I HIGHLY SUGGEST NO ONE ELSE DO ??

Very dirty, bad service, no friendliness at all, they don't make the order as you ask, the tables are disgusting to eat at, they are not even clean, they take too long due to lack of staff, there is no hygiene, bad atmosphere perhaps I won't finish naming I leave everything up to here, I recommend not going at all….

This is arguably the worst chipotle in the country. Employees will openly mock customers, they are always out of everything, the place is a complete disaster. If you order online and go through the drive thru, you get half a bowl. I would give this location zero stars if I could. I’ve come here, gotten in line, and left more times than I’ve stayed. Terrible all around

I just ordered two burrito bowls, Both of my bowls were completely wrong. I had chicken in mine instead Of Carnitas. My toppings were all wrong. How do I get a hold of the actual store to complain? This is ridiculous.
They are ALWAYS out of something. Today they were out of chicken brisket queso fajitas and only had a quarter of steak. Its 1pm in the afternoon what is going on!?!? Oh and ontop of that they must not throw out the old food from previous day(s) because the cook grabbed some cooked cold meat pieces with oil on it (which was cold and orange all over the steak) that was wrapped in saran wrap and put it in the silver tins so he could heat it up and serve it. They need a completely new staff and management. Very poor establishment.

They never have anything. They don’t ever have certain meats or salad dressing. I’ve been here four times and everytime they’ve messed my order up and haven’t been helpful at all to refund it. Horrible service and horrible location.
